Nice service, everyone was very hospitable.
We stayed in the Junior Suite. It was a large room, rather than a suite.
The swimming pool wasn’t clean. It looked like there was some bird poo in the pool which hadn’t been cleaned out.
Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Anbindung an den Hauptort per Bus (Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür). Frühstück und Abendessen gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Preise ok. Zimmer ok. Besonders hervorzuheben wie schon erwähnt das tolle Personal. Zimmerservice top. Sauberkeit des Zimmers top. Aussenanlage schön. Schöner Pool.
Beautiful hotel, stayed in most Guernsey hotels and this is by far the best.

The rooms are clean, nicely designed and have lots of great amenities such as a lovely big TV, air con, heated flooring, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal teas, biscuits and water for free. The bathroom is a little snug but water pressure in the shower was fantastic and they had underfloor heating and a heated towel rail which was extremely efficient and had timer settings on it. The beds were very comfortable and they gave you two pillows which were different softness so you could choose which one you preferred. The breakfast was exceptional, a lovely continental spread with lovely pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals, nuts, juices, meats and cheeses. If anything had run out they would get you extras and they were happy to make you fresh coffees such as cappuccinos etc. You are also able to then order your breakfast from the menu which were beautifully presented and cooked. Could not fault it one bit! The staff were lovely, helpful and attentive but not too much and worked very hard!
The shower needed spraying with de-mould as the grout around the taps and in a few places had quite large growths of mould. The waterfall head in the shower didn’t seem to work. In August from 12-3pm they invite locals to to “dip and dine” where they can come for lunch and use of the pool, therefore every seat was reserved and they only have 6 loungers for residents to use. We spoke to the staff about how this meant we had nowhere to sit, they seemed stumped as what to do until they said someone hadn’t turned up so they offered this. The staff at the hotel were lovely and tried to help as much they could. However this meant we would be sat in our costumes amongst people eating dinner and being watched by them whilst we swam or crowded in with them in the pool. I feel the hotel managers hadn’t really thought of this and tbh it made us rather uncomfortable therefore we went to the beach.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and all the food was freshly cooked to order.
The bedroom had air conditioning and we were there at a very hot part of the summer.
Our housekeeping staff were very efficient and replaced tea and biscuits daily!
Plenty of room in the car park.
Bus runs once an hour to and from Airport and St Peter Port.
Our car allowed us to visit wonderful large sandy beaches in the North of the island.

Very friendly and helpful staff and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Fantastic breakfasts of very high quality. Lovely well-appointed bedrooms with lots of nice little touches. Very thorough and attentive housekeeping.
All-in-all we were very impressed and very much enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse. We'll most certainly be back again.

La posizione, la domensione della stanza, il giardino e la piscina.
Dopo poco aver consumato due uova alla Benedettina durante la prima colazione, ho accusato malessere, che e’ peggiorato in una intossicazione con febbre alta.
Lo staff non e’ stato disponibile a fornirci assistenza, ne’ si e’ dimostrato interessato al mio stato di salute nei giorni a seguire. Questo spiacevole episodio ci ha fatto perdere dei giorni di vacanza, costringendomi ad una malattia non prevista.
Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Die Betten und das Bad waren toll. Das Frühstück ist wenig Kontinental. Man kann zwar vieles bestellen, aber das muss man wissen. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schön. Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Eine Haltestelle für den Bus ist direkt vor dem Hotel.
Die Balkontür in unsere Suite war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig Sie hat beim Öffnen keinen Türstopper, so dass die Tür beim vollkommenen Öffnen (durch Wind) beschädigt werden kann.
The room was lovely and clean the staff were also very good
Unfortunately the first night my evening meal was cold .it was rectified but it made me eat alone as my friend had finished her .also .we were advised that a wedding would be on which was fine apart from the guests must have stayed 2 night so both days the pool was over run with the wedding guest so we couldn't use it .on the wedding day its self there was a small area for guests .but it was unusable due to the wedding guests again over taking all areas .so because of these we could not really use much outdoor area
The room felt luxurious. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Quiet location.
The pool needed a bit of a clean of leaves etc. But it was a windy day so that's why they flew in.
