Beautiful hotel and very comfortable clean rooms
Everything was fabulous, we came for two family birthdays, perfect hotel with amazing food
Nothing, everything was great.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
Every day the Farmhouse has a dip and dine, where the feral public with kids can have lunch and make use of the pool from 12 to 15:30 where we had 20+ kids running around jumping in the pool. They also were running around shouting etc. So for a nice chill day swimming and relaxing - not happening.
If you leave the property before 12 for a day around Guernsey, and are not back until after 15:30 then you will not have any problems with the dip and dine.
We had a wonderful 4 night stay with great service , facilities and food. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the room spacious and thoughtfully furnished and the breakfast options full of variety. Very peaceful rural location despite the proximity to the airport. Bus stop outside the hotel enabled us to easily explore all parts of the island. We would thoroughly recommend The Farmhouse

The pool was often closed only able to use it once during a 4 night stay ..was expecting to swim every day, very disappointing.
The staff really make the hotel.
We’re expecting to be able to sit on the terrace in the evening and have a drink but because of a private function we’re not allowed to. Was shown a place in the corner in the shadow which was not what we wanted.
Also trying to find a quiet place to sunbath is impossible with the amount of families with all age children just coming to the hotel for a snack but using the pool was a nightmare. Totally unable to use pool as full of children the boys and fathers playing football on the green. Very disappointing.
Beautiful location, clean and very friendly staff. Couldn’t have done more for us particularly when our ferry home was cancelled and we needed to stay another night.

Die Lage war schön ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon in Richtung Pool. Nachts konnte man gut mit geöffneter Balkontür ohne Geräuschbelästigung schlafen.
Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle. Das Busnetz auf Guernsey ist gut ausgebaut, so dass von dort aus prima Ausflüge gestartet werden können.

Lovely Rooms , air conditioned , comfortable large bed. Great bathroom with a large and good shower.
Good facilities , tea coffee etc. swimming pool was lovely you could get straight in not cold . Comfortable and tasteful seating round the garden lots of it and lovely garden area. Food was great . The Staff were brilliant , helpful, nothing was a problem they really gave great service.
Nothing not to like
The hotel was in a quiet area. Nice smallish outdoor swimming pool with changing rooms and seating around the pool and garden area. Good sized restaurant and excellent food, particularly the breakfasts with extensive choices from the buffet and hot options - the eggs royale were perfect! Staff went about their tasks quietly and efficiently and were friendly, attentive and very polite. All areas were very clean, rooms serviced every day and actually enough milk cartons to avoid having to ask for more! There was plenty of parking space. Generally a very relaxing feel to the whole place.
Because the hotel is so good, it is popular for private events so some evenings the outside areas were closed to guests and there was music, chatter etc. This isn't a complaint - hotels need the extra business and it didn't bother us and they did inform us in advance there would be an event on a particular evening. We enjoyed the music and we actually wanted to go and join the dancing! It's only mentioned in the interest of helping others who are considering the hotel. The only thing we were not as happy with was the lack of itemised detail on the final bill (total meal costs, not items ordered) and there was a 10% gratuity added to each evening meal. We had already decided to add something to our bill as a thank you for the staff as they were all so good, but nowhere did we see it mentioned that a service charge was added automatically - it really should be published on the menu. If it was and we missed it then it'd be helpful to make it clearer so it's not a surprise when you check out!
The rooms are very cosy and love the added bonus of a balcony! The food is absolutely delicious!

My daughter particularly enjoyed the apricot and mango yoghurt which was available the first morning but missed the next two mornings, she did enjoy the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup however.
