Overall it was decent. Didn’t realize the hotel was so big. Although some of the housekeepers were pretty unprofessional

Staff seemed a little judgy, not really friendly. Took forever to get bathroom towels.

I would definitely stay again
Pros:

The breakfast at the restaurant the following morning was the best restaurant hotel food we have ever had the fitness center rocks. The pool was amazing. The staff we met no one that was not pleasant and nice and wonderful.

Cons:

I only gave anything negative because it wasn’t absolutely what I thought the Sheraton should be. Fresh when we got into the room the shower drain wasn’t put all the way back together after cleaning it and the air conditioner was horribly loud so I got not great sleep.

Beautiful comfy convent
Pros:

I loved the location the fact it had a pool and the restaurant inside. I loved the staff they helped allot with every concern I had.

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool wasn't 24 hours and I did not like that I reserved a king suite and got a 2 bed queen but it wasn't a big deal and the difference was refunded after I asked about it. They were very helpful through out the process

Pros:

Jim Z in the Sheraton Club Lounge was absolutely wonderful. Each morning, he provided attentive, thoughtful service that made our experience truly enjoyable. He consistently went above and beyond for our group, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Jim, for delivering such outstanding customer service!
