Pros:

Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber doch sehr ordentlich und sauber. Freundliches Personal und angenehme Gastfreundschaft. Gutes Frühstück. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Die Lage 100 mtr. vom Bahnhof, ist top. Von dort, eine Regionale Bahnverbindung ins Zentrum von Wien.
Und ein Heuriger ist auch gleich 2 Häuser weiter.

Cons:

Die großen Bäume haben ihren Charme machen den Eingangsbereich ohne Sonne etwas trist.

We'll be staying here everytime we transit Austria and will need accomodation close to Wien.
Pros:

Close enough to Wien to get there easy by car and train, but far enough to enjoy Baden, Modling and other small towns around without having to deal with the traffic. Also easy to reach and leave, if you are just in transit.

Parking ia easy to find in the area.

The staff is soooo nice and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Breakfast is good and diverse.

Even though it has an antique look and feel, everything it's super clean, from towels to sheets.

Super dog friendly. 😍

Werde ich wieder Buchen.
Pros:

Wer den Charme der 70er Jahre gerne hat, ich mag das, ist in diesem Hotel richtig. Die Zimmer sind riesig, sauber und man findet alles was man benötigt, aber halt nicht auf den neuesten Stand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, Geräusche von Gang, Gespräche, Türen und der Aufzug ist im Zimmer zu hören.
