guests are not allowed to walk directly from the spa to their hotel room wearing a bathrobe. As a hotel guest, I even had to pay extra to rent a bathrobe and spa slippers. After spending time in the spa, I wanted to return to my room in the provided bathrobe, but the staff told me I had to go back and change into regular clothes first. Since the route to the hotel rooms requires walking through the hotel’s park and crossing a street, this rule felt inconvenient and unnecessary, especially after a relaxing spa visit.
This was our second stay at Thermae Boetfort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday, decorating our room and making it feel so special. It's such a beautiful and historic place. Dinner inside the castle was excellent, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa facilities are relaxing, open late, and close to nature. We would recommend it to anyone, and we are already talking about our next visit as it's one of our favorite hotels (30+ countries visited)!
