We thought that such a big and well known hotel and with quiet expensive rooms to stay we would have much better curtains and blinds installed in rooms for better quality sleep - this is the only one thing we didn’t like

Cons:

Intall a lift or employ a porter to carry the luggage bucause in the annexx biulding there are none. No porters in the entire hotel.

Great location.
Pros:

The room was large with a good view. Location to town great, but not hard to better this as Longyearbyen is that huge. A great place to stay while waiting to join our team on the ship at the local port.

Cons:

Everyone who arrived at the same time/flight was checked in early but unfortunately my room wasn't ready. Not a major complaint as we know the rules. You made up with great service.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff on the front desk were terrific, very helpful, polite and pleasant demeanours. The breakfast was really good covering my needs. The location of the hotel was very central and the facilities were very good.

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig. Wir waren in der Wanny Suit. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Hotelbar mit gutem relativ günstigem Essen.

The location is great because it has easy access to everything at Longyearbyen. The breakfast was very good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The WiFi was also good.

The rooms are basic and it is a bit overpriced.
