Bardzo miła obsługa, atmosfera hotelu naprawdę pozytywnie zaskakująca. Personel otwarty i bardzo miły pozostając przy tym profesjonalnym :) Pokój hotelowy miły, przytulny i czysty. Łazienka odpowiadającą potrzebom, brak jakichkolwiek zastrzeżeń co do jej czystości. Przestronna kabina pozwalająca na przyjemnym prysznic z słuchawka prysznicową wraz z blokadą aby użyć jej jako 'ala deszczownicy. Pościel, ręczniki i łóżko pachnące czuć że świeżo wyprane. Ogromnym plusem jest też ilość poduszek na łóżkach, każdemu będzie odpowiadać aby ułożyć się w wygodnej pozycji. Telewizor jak to telewizor w takim rozmiarze ja nie przepadam za telewizja więc nie korzystałem ale kanałów jest sporo. Do pokoju codziennie była donoszona woda i obsługa codziennie pytała się o komfort mojego pobytu. Parking spełnił swoją rolę jest dużo miejsc do zostawienia samochodu, dobra lokalizacja z uwagi na stację benzynowa i Restauracje Grill obok z możliwością doniesienia jedzenia wprost do pokoju.

Cons:

Jedynym małym minusem była lokalizacja na trasie co powodowało że trzeba przejechać jedne światła a na następnych zawrócić (nawigacja pokazuje że nie można ale znaki mówią co innego), ale nie jest to problemem aby podjechać z powrotem na centrum Czechowic ok. 7min
