Excellent, recommended
Pros:

Convenient stopover on the way from Italy to France with plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, excellent evening meal and breakfast.

Herd of cows with alpine bells being walked up the road at night was a bonus for atmosphere :)

Would definitely stay here again, recommended.

Our stay at Hotel Alpina was nothing short of perfection from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, whose genuine hospitality, friendly smiles, and thoughtful attentiveness made us feel right at home immediately.

​A very special thank you to Sven, who delightfully surprised us upon check-in by upgrading our room to a spacious family room! It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for an amazing stay.

​The hotel offers a wonderful, peaceful, and quiet atmosphere that allows you to fully relax. The rooms are exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable, and well-maintained. Waking up to the incredible, scenic views each morning was a highlight in itself—simply breathtaking!

​To top it all off, the morning breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wonderful selection of fresh food to start the day right.

​Every small detail here is handled with care and warmth. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, incredible views, and outstanding host hospitality!

Very nice location and restaurant, room clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location was very good. Room was clean and comfortable - plenty of space as we had our dog with us. Restaurant was very good - especially the food and service. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was a group celebrating a birthday or something and the staff were very busy and not as welcoming as they should have been.

Super freundliches Personal und grosse Zimmer. Da wir früh aufgebrochen sind wurde uns ein Frühstück bereitgestellt in einem extra Zimmer. Wirklich toller Service

Сняли этот отель только чтобы сходить утром к водопаду.

Cons:

Номера у дороги. Что собственно видно на фотографиях. Но машины очень рано утром уже начинают ездить. Вид красивый, так как отель в горах, но у нас был второй этаж, поэтому парковка и здания напротив были тоже в комплекте. И очень слышен шум реки, если открыть окно. Это, вероятно, не минус а для многих скорее плюс. Тем не менее если любите спать в тишине, то здесь это только при закрытых окнах

Sehr schönes Hotel - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und einem schönen Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Morgen- und Abendessen war sehr fein. Es hatte genügend Parkplätze. Auch wenn das Fenster zur Passstrasse hinausging, hörten wir während der Nacht keinen Strassenlärm. Wir würden sofort wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!
