Cons:

Hair dryer in the room didnt work, only blew luke warm air. The room faced the pool and when guest were jumping into for until past 10pm and talking very loudly it was hard to sleep (3 nights in a row), the room shook when they were jumping in and I could hear their entire conversation. Room needs better sound proofing.

I like the Plymouth International but the pool needs to be better looked after and much more cleaner

We like the price, location and room

Cons:

The pol was dirty not clean as it should be and the spa was so bad, it was greasy and smelt

The best value for money in Taranaki
Pros:

The best hotel for the money in Taranaki. Modern room, gym, heated pool, close to Town and beach. I've stayed at others in New Plymouth which were the same price, this hotel is far far better.

Good place to stay
Pros:

The location, & how clean it was. Liked access to a pool.

Cons:

This the second time we stayed & heard more of the road noise as we were in a room on the outside rather then the inside. Would be similar for other hotels.
