Cons:

Wifi not working. We had arranged a specific time for our airport transfer. The evening before we were due to leave, they called our room to say they had to reschedule the pickup because the shuttle only runs on the hour. When we arrived early the next morning, we were told the shuttle had already left—basically at the very time we had originally requested. So, clearly, they *do* run at the time we wanted. We ended up waiting so long—about 40 minutes behind schedule—that we were forced to take a taxi.
