Your new driver, "Eni," is cheating your guests regarding dollar exchange rates. He discourages them from exchanging money at the hotel.
He borrows money, claiming it is for food for his family because his earnings are too low!
He never pays the money back, saying he has none.
He is causing harm to you and your hotel guests. He is deceiving you, your guests, and his own country!

Really love how the bed is done up, so comfortable.
The water jug needs to be replaced
Liked the aesthetics of the bar and restaurants. Mikes pizza was good. BBQ chicken wings were good.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly and it was mostly hot in the room.

The TV reception wasn't 100% working
Wifi not working. We had arranged a specific time for our airport transfer. The evening before we were due to leave, they called our room to say they had to reschedule the pickup because the shuttle only runs on the hour. When we arrived early the next morning, we were told the shuttle had already left—basically at the very time we had originally requested. So, clearly, they *do* run at the time we wanted. We ended up waiting so long—about 40 minutes behind schedule—that we were forced to take a taxi.

The room was dark and dingy. The keycard didn’t work and I had to keep going back to the front desk. Wifi was hopeless.
That there were so many places to go within the premises. A cafe, a pizzaria, a hair salon, etc...
