Bom, mas pode melhorar
Pros:

Bom colchão, chuveiro e café da manhã. Boa localização, com supermercados, farmácias e restaurantes próximos.

Cons:

O portão da garagem faz bastante barulho ao abrir e fechar, o que não contribuiu para descansar no fim de semana. No mais, tudo correu bem.
