L'Hotel Paradiso si trova nel tranquillo e suggestivo Golfo di Viticcio, a circa 3.1 mi dal porto di Portoferraio, immerso nella vegetazione mediterranea e affacciato su una splendida baia.

Costruito negli anni '60 e gestito dalla stessa famiglia, l'hotel mantiene un'atmosfera informale e autentica, ideale per chi cerca relax e un contatto diretto con la natura. La struttura si sviluppa su più livelli, collegati da scalinate e percorsi all'aperto, e offre una bella vista sul mare.

È possibile usufruire di una piscina con vista mare e solarium, una piccola area giochi per bambini, ping pong, un campo da tennis (a pagamento), Wi-Fi gratuito e parcheggio gratuito in loco.

Built in the 1960s and run by the same family, the hotel retains an informal and authentic atmosphere, ideal for those seeking relaxation and close contact with nature. The property is set on several levels, connected by stairways and outdoor paths, and offers lovely sea views.

Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with sea views and sun terrace, a small children's play area, table tennis, a tennis court (at an extra charge), free Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking.

Die Anlage erstreckt sich über mehrere Ebenen, die durch Treppen und Außenwege verbunden sind, und bietet einen schönen Meerblick.

Der Strand war auch perfekt. Aber dass man zusätzlich Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirm und das Badetuch separat zu bezahlen hat, ist doch sehr aussergewöhnlich

La vue. Car c’est uniquement la vue que l’on paie. Le reste n’est pas à la hauteur. Vous demandez à prendre le p’tit dej dehors et la ca devient compliqué. Les règles, les règles, les règles. C’est pas un hôtel, c’est une prison 🤣

Eine wunderschöne Woche im „Paradis“
Pros:

Super Frühstück, hochwertige Lebensmittel und es wird auch immer alles sofort nachgefüllt. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Mittagstisch auch sehr gut. Traumhafte Lage!!!!

Cons:

Die Matrazen sind etwas hart und die Stühle auf der Zimmerterassen könnten bequemer sein. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau…

Wir reisen seit vielen Jahrzehnten und so ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch nie erlebt.
Pros:

Die Aussicht war sehr gut. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein und bieten kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung oder persönliche Gegenstände ordentlich unterzubringen. Auch im Bad gibt es praktisch keine Ablageflächen. Der Kühlschrank der Minibar hat zudem überhaupt nicht richtig gekühlt.

Ein so schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis haben wir noch nie erlebt – insbesondere bei einem Preis von über 300 € pro Zimmer hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Dazu kommt, dass man nicht einmal Meerblick hat, sondern direkt auf die Wand des Nachbarhauses schaut, das keine zehn Meter entfernt steht. In der Zimmerbeschreibung wurde außerdem eine „Terrasse“ angegeben. Tatsächlich handelte es sich lediglich um einen sehr kleinen Balkon, was aus unserer Sicht irreführend ist.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Es gab jeden Tag dasselbe Angebot und kaum Auswahl. Obst und Gemüse fehlten vollständig, und auch der Kaffee war leider nicht gut. Das Frühstück wurde ab 8 Uhr angeboten, allerdings waren die Pancakes zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits kalt oder noch gar nicht richtig warm, da sie offenbar lediglich aus dem Kühlschrank genommen wurden.

Sehr enttäuschend war auch die Situation am Strand. Eigentlich sollte der Strand den Hotelgästen vorbehalten sein. Trotz der Zugangssicherung durch einen Türcode waren jedoch sehr viele externe Gäste am Strand. Gleichzeitig gibt es dort keine Toiletten und auch keine Möglichkeit, etwas zu essen oder zu trinken zu kaufen. Für zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm werden zusätzlich 30 € verlangt – unter diesen Umständen ist dieser Preis aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und würden uns bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Elba Island and relaxing at Hotel Paradiso. The staff was helpful
Pros:

The location was very close to the port area. We loved the view of the sea and beautiful sunsets. The pool was beautiful, and the food was very good at both the restaurant and the cafe for lunch. The bartender made delicious cocktails. The beach was very nice and close to the hotel, but we really loved Procchio Beach which was just a 20 minute drive from the hotel. Instead of a pebbled beach, it was sandy with nice restaurants and shops nearby.
