חוויית השירות הייתה מאכזבת ולא נוחה, עם תקלות בחדר ומיקום לא נגיש.

לצערי, חוויית השהייה שלנו במלון הייתה מאכזבת.

המקרר בחדר לא עבד, ולכן נאלצנו להוריד את בקבוקי השתייה לקבלה, שם שמרו לנו אותם במקרר כדי שנוכל לקבל מים קרים. בנוסף, הכריות לא היו נוחות והמיטה לא הייתה נוחה, כך שהשינה לא הייתה נעימה.

גם מיקום המלון פחות נוח למי שמעוניין להיות קרוב למרכז. המלון נמצא רחוק יחסית מהמרכז, ובסביבה הקרובה אין כמעט חנויות או מקומות שימושיים. תחנת המטרו נמצאת במרחק של כ־15 דקות הליכה

המלון מצוחצח מאוד. רמת ניקיון 10. שקט. מיטות נוחות מאוד. אהבתי

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר, אפשר לוותר. חסר מקרר קטן. היה משהו לא ברור בחדר דמוי מקרר שבעצם מחמם לטמפ של עד 11 מעלות. זה מוזר ולא נחוץ.

Pros:

Уютные номера, персонал отзывчивый и старается угодить. Быстро реагирует на просьбы и идет на встречу.
Приятная и комфортная постель, ежедневная смена полотенец.
Уличная зона уютная, лежаки перед бассейном пластиковые, не соответствуют описанию, но ок. Выдают ежедневно чистые полотенца для бассейна.
Мы активно пользовались обеденной зоной перед бассейном, было все комфортно.

Cons:

Не работает бар для напитков в номерах. У нас было снято три номера, работал только один бар еле-еле.
Мы попросили вазу для цветов, ответили что у них нет их вообще и что их часто об этом спрашивают.
Пришлось поставить букет в мусорное ведро. Ничего подходящего не нашлось.

An excellent choice for me and my family for this stay.
Pros:

Pros:

Bardzo czysty, butikowy hotelik. Oddalony od centrum ok. 2 km. Fajny basen, hotel zapewnia ręczniki basenowe. Dobre śniadanie w stylu gruzińskim. Podczas naszego pobytu w Gruzji odwiedziliśmy 5 hoteli ten był zdecydowanie najlepszy.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gemütliches Bett. Die Belichtung war sehr angenehm und es gab genügend Platz für Koffer und Kleidung. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Es gab auch ohne Balkon die Möglichkeit zu lüften und Frischluft hereinzulassen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß zum Schwimmen. Der Poolbereich war auch sehr sauber und schön. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und alles schön sauber gehalten. Im Bad hatten wir sogar Tageslicht. Zwar konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, aber es war schön, Tageslicht zu sehen. Die Lage war vollkommen in Ordnung. Ca. 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Isani entfernt von der man wieder in ca. 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn im Zentrum ist. Die Umgebung um das Hotel war auch in Ordnung. Im Hotel war es insgesamt leise, man hat nicht viel von anderen Hotelgästen im Zimmer mitbekommen. Wasserkocher, Tee, Zucker, Kaffee waren vorhanden. Steckdosen an den Betten auch. Es wurden jeden Tag kostenlos pro Person eine 0,5 Liter Wasserflasche nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein und für einen ähnlichen Preis bekommt man in der Innenstadt besseres Frühstück serviert. Im Badezimmer war über der Dusche an der Decke entlang des Fensters ein Streifen Schimmel. Am Pool waren über den Liegen keine Schirme, wenn man also Schatten wollte, dann musste man sich auf die Stühle unter den Schirmen setzen. Es gibt nur einen Getränkekühlschrank mit 16°C, keinen regulären, also kann man dort nichts zwischenlagern, was mehr gekühlt werden muss.

Pros:

Parking nearby, a gazebo near the pool, excellent noise cancelling, comfortable beds

Cons:

Some bed sheets and pillows smelled cigarettes. The location is only comfortable if you need to be near the airport as it is far from the city center. The breakfast was quite poor for that hotel price. The room wasn’t fully ready for our arrival (two sets of bedsheets and toiletries were available instead of three). Some hotel staff weren’t particularly friendly.
