Мы забронировали номер, за два дня до приезда. Получили подтверждение брони. У нас был поздний заезд, я написала в отель, что приедем в 23.00, они подтвердили поздний заезд. Но когда мы приехали, нам сказали, что номеров свободные нет. Мы ехали их Батуми, и были к вечеру уже уставшие и конечно же были в шоке, что нас не предупредили и нам пришлось в ночи искать новую гостиницу. Так же на ресепшене было очень накуренно и вообще сложилось впечатление, что это не отель а придорожный бордель. Вообщем будьте осторожны, бронируя здесь жилье

The location was convenient for my purpose

Cons:

They didn't have WiFi, and didn't inform me. As I could do any travel planning without it, I was forced 20h00 in the evening, to find other accommodation with WiFi, by begging a food outlet staff member to provide me with her personal WiFi.
The personel at the hotel WA indifferent to my predicament

Amazing staff
Pros:

Tamo was amazing, it felt like I was speaking with a friend. Super helpful and just lovely. There's great transport links as well and it's easy to take a bus into the city. The room has everything you need and was comfortable too.

We didn't stay here. after booking and got confirmation from Hotel we reached there late night 2am they told us we don't have room .it was very difficult for us to find another hotel at this time .

it is a little hotel, but clean, and has friendly staff, we were asleep and checked out an hour late, but they did not charge us and said, that everything was OK—the super friendly and pleasant woman at the reception. I do not know her name, but I want to THANK YOU!

Room was damp, bad smell of tabacco, very noisy people in next door room, lumpy bed, freezing cold bathroom, no kettle in room, very dismal
