Staff was nice and available through whatsapp all the time, always offering help and service. Room was clean, facilities were good.

快適に過ごせた
Pros:

数日地方に行っている間荷物を預かってもらえた。オーナーと会う機会はなかったがwhatsappで連絡すればすぐに対応してもらえた。部屋は簡素だが清潔。水回りも問題なかった。

Cons:

wi-fiのパスワードは部屋に示して欲しい。ゴミ箱も部屋にあるとよい。

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro, la camera era comunque spaziosa e pulita. Ottima la doccia. Lo staff è stato gentile. Check in presenza e check out autonomo.

Посещали в августе 2026г. Очень чистый отель, в самом центре Тбилиси.
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, шаговая доступность до основных достопримечательностей. Бронировали семейный номер, хорошо работает кондиционер, в номере есть все необходимое, холодильник, чайник, посуда, даже штопор был, тапочки, в душе принадлежности, фен. Алена очень улыбчивая, приветливая девушка, спасибо за приют, будем иметь ввиду на следующие посещения Тбилиси.

Pros:

Aliona was amazing, she stayed in contact with us through WhatsApp and responded immediately when we had questions and needed help. She allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning before check in so we could go and explore Tbilisi. We are very thankful! The garden outside was also very picturesque!
