Amazing staffs and great value for money. Location is superb.
Pros:

The location, the staff behavior and support, value for money, ease of communication and request redressal. We were allowed early check in as requested.

After my first night, I received a message that they needed to do some repairs. On the second day, my bathroom was literally undergoing a renovation as they re-siliconed the tiles. My room was left completely open and unavailable to me during this time. Afterward, they somewhat cleaned up, but the water started gather around the toilet and they forgot to bring a new bath mat to replace the one they had taken.
The hotel really tries to present itself as a higher standard than it actually is. My room was incredibly noisy, and the mattress was very uncomfortable—I could feel the springs. The breakfast is also a joke, so don't expect much. Furthermore, the guys at the reception were uncommunicative and strange to interact with. Meanwhile, the lady working in the kitchen was very loud, constantly talking on her phone using the speaker. Overall, the staff seem to live their own lives, and as a guest, you feel like you are just disturbing them.

Pros:

前台小哥哥非常好，不但帮我们解决打印登机牌的事情，而且在我们第二天临晨三点出发去机场时，还起来帮拿行李，真的很赞。酒店临街，地理位置不错。还提供行李寄存服务，这点很好！露台风景不错。

因为临街吧，可以听到街道的人和车声。

Na krótko z dostępem do najważniejszych punktów obiekt powinien spełnić oczekiwania
Pros:

Najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja, kontakt i pomoc obsługi.

Cons:

Obiekt niestety nie ma windy. Trzeba liczyć się również z tym, że miejsce znajduje się blisko ruchliwych ulic i bywa głośno. W pokoju było bardzo gorąco , jest klimatyzacja ale niestety nad łóżkiem co w przypadku pozostawienia włączonej na noc wiąże się z porannym bólem gardła :/ Ręczniki bardzo mocno ,,pachniały” chlorem. Podczas drugiej doby w łazience i sypialni zauważyliśmy robaki, które prawdopodobnie dostały się z zewnątrz, bo potem zobaczyliśmy je na ścianach budynku. W łazience unosił się też dziwny ,, zawilgocony ” zapach. Śniadania niestety bardzo skąpe.

Очень удобная локация отеля позволяет посетить без труда все интересные места старого Тифлиса. Проникнуться колоритом и яркой атмосферой Грузии. Персонал отеля очень обходительный и внимательный. С террасы открывается отличный вид, особенно ночью, на город. Утренний завтрак удовлетворит запросы привиредливых постояльцев. В целом всё было на высоте.

Хорошее место, отличный персонал, хороший номер. Персонал искрене очень добрый, внимательный. Спасибо им всем, показали настоящие человеческие качества. Мы вернемся сюда. И еще...немаловажно здесь хороший завтрак.

נקי, מים חמים , חדר ממש מעל מרכז העיר, רואים את כל האיזור והגשר

אין מעלית... איך שנכנסים למלון - 20 מדרגות לקבלה. משם עוד 20 לחדר.
