Pros:

The hotel and the room were exceptionally clean, with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff and reception team were very polite, kind, and always willing to help with any questions. Even though my reservation was for a room on the second floor, they kindly upgraded me to a room on the fourth floor because one was available, giving me a much better view. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere as well. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

В целом впечатления остались хорошими.

Останавливались в этом отеле два раза. В целом впечатления остались хорошими.

Номера чистые, всё аккуратно убрано. Единственное, стоит учитывать, что отель находится на втором этаже, поэтому поднимать чемоданы по лестнице может быть не очень удобно, особенно если путешествуете с большим багажом.
В остальном всё понравилось, и пребывание оставило приятное впечатление.

Cons:

Из минусов - нам попалась очень неудобная кровать. Она сильно скрипела, и любое движение сопровождалось скрипом, из-за чего спать было некомфортно.

The location is good

Cons:

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, but that was the least of our problems. During the night, it started raining and our room was flooded with rainwater. Water entered the room, making it impossible to feel safe or comfortable. No guest should ever have to experience something like this.

Despite the room being flooded, the hotel told us there were no other rooms available, leaving us with no choice but to spend the night in those unacceptable conditions. This demonstrates a complete lack of proper maintenance and an unacceptable response to a serious issue.

We had booked a two-night stay, but after what happened we decided we could not remain at the hotel and requested an early check-out. The owner refused to issue a refund and only after a long and unpleasant argument agreed to return a very small portion of the money.

The condition of the room, the lack of responsibility, and the way we were treated were completely unacceptable. We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and taken advantage of.

I would never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly advise anyone considering booking it to choose a different property. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Ett litet men charmigt hotell
Pros:

Bra läge nära till bl.a. marknaden på Сухой мост. Det finns två matbutiker, ett bageri och en kiosk alldeles tätt intill hotellet, sä behöver man proviantera, kan man göra det snabbt och smidigt. Cirka 50 meter från hotellet ligger två prisvärda restauranger där man kan luncha och ha middag. Själva rummet var komfortabelt. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt, sängen var bekväm och det var välstädat. Frukosten kan jag också berömma.

PS. Jag glömde ju att säga att vyn från hotellets takterrass är riktigt vacker.

Cons:

Ljudisoleringen av dörrarna är inte den bästa. Pratar någon i korridoren, hörs det som om man vore alldeles bredvid. Frukosten serveras först kl. 9.00. Jag tänker att Monument 1880 skulle få ännu fler kunder, om man serverade frukost lite tidigare, t.ex. med början kl. 8.00.
