A perfect location: both places of interest, bars, cafés and official structures -- embassies, the house of justice etc -- are within walking distance. The staff is amicable and helpful. What I especially liked was their laundry services: you can do it quickly without unreasonable costs or necessity to bring your stuff somewhere and wait for hours.

On a beaucoup aimé la chambre spacieuse (#13), le calme, le confort du lit et l’emplacement très pratique.
Il n’y a pas d’option vegan au petit déjeuner sauf des tomates et des concombres.
Notre 2e chambre était au pied de l’escalier montant au rooftop et les vas et vient commençaient dès 8am.

Excellent hotel! We really enjoyed our stay — the room was cozy, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The young man at the reception was polite, helpful, and very attentive. He helped us with various questions and always tried to find a solution. Thanks to him, our stay was even more comfortable. Thank you very much!
The staff were super friendly, helpful, and very polite.
1. The bed mattress is awful. You can feel the mattress springs poking your back. Honestly not comfortable at all.
2. The price paid was almost 300 GEL for 2 nights. 150 GEL per night, this is a high price compared to other hotels around the same area for much more comfortable sleeps.
3. No tissue box provided in the room!!
4. The remote control for the TV and satellite don't work. Matter of fact one of them has no back cover for the baterries.. and of course no batteries.
5. Bathroom towels are worn out and have stains on them.. they definitely need to get new ones.
6. No hand soap provided!!
7. Breakfast options are very limited. No tags for the meat options and the kitchen staff doesn't speak english so you can't tell what meat is offered.
8. Breakfast time is at 9 am till 11 am. This is a bit late. Most hotels in Georgia and around the world have their breakfast timing from 6 am to 11 am.

The location is the best breakfast and the staff especially the receptionist lady were very nice and helpful and the transportation was just down at the building

La porte de salle de bain était cassé, le lumière led autour de miroir était cassé et clignetais tout le nuit.
