Хочу начать свой отзыв с чистых хрустящих полотенец ахах , Я давно не встречала в отелях настолько вкусно пахнущих и действительно свежих полотенец , это рил ! В этом отеле прекрасно всё! Очень уютно, чисто и комфортно. Прекрасный персонал, приятная атмосфера и отличное обслуживание. Остались только положительные впечатления. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this place, mainly because of its excellent location. The hotel is situated in a perfect area, close to one of Tbilisi’s main avenues, within walking distance of a metro station, and surrounded by many bars and clubs. There is also a paid self-service laundry directly across the street, which was very convenient for travelers.
The host was a very polite and kind lady, and communication with her was pleasant throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience at check-out was disappointing because of the middle-aged housekeeper who was responsible for cleaning the rooms and handling departures. She came across as unfriendly, constantly complaining, and gave us the feeling that she wanted guests to leave as quickly as possible rather than making them feel welcome.
Due to a change in our travel plans, we extended our stay by one night, which required us to move to another room. To make things easier, we even vacated our original room an hour earlier than requested the day before. However, on our final day we were only about 15 minutes late checking out, and the housekeeper turned it into a serious argument. She stood in the hallway commenting every time we carried another suitcase out, making us feel rushed and, honestly, unwelcome. It was an unpleasant way to end what had otherwise been a very enjoyable stay.

В квартире полно тараканов! В туалете постоянно обитают маленькие, а по самой комнате бегают огромные, жирные тараканищи. Я таких больших не видел никогда в жизни! Одного убил, второго не догнал. Помимо этого, ремонт очень-очень старый, а в душевой — плесень. Мы вынужденно сняли эту квартиру всего на несколько часов, так как нам нужно было просто где-то пересидеть и дождаться своего рейса. К счастью, мы провели в ней очень мало времени. Находиться и жить там дольше в принципе было бы невозможно. Квартира абсолютно не стоит своих денег. Хозяину нужно срочно провести дезинфекцию и полностью решить эту проблему, прежде чем пускать туда людей!
