חדרים טובים היתר פחות
Pros:

החדרים סבבה ואפילו טובים

Cons:

היחס של הצוות לא היה טוב, האוכל בשבת היה ממש גרוע ובכלל המקום מוזר ולא התחברנו אליו בכלל.
המיקום לכאורה במרכז אבל הדרך למלון עוברת באזור פחות תיירותי וקצת לא נעים.
המתנו יותר משעתיים לקבל את אחד החדרים, ביקשנו תוספת מגבות ולמרות שאמרו לנו מספר פעמים שיביאו לנו, לא קיבלנו אותן עד למועד העזיבה.

הארוחת בוקר ביום הראשון הייתה ברמה נמוכה, ביום השני החדר אוכל נפתח באיחור וכמעט ולא היה מה לאכול וביום השלישי החדר אוכל לא נפתח כלל ולא היה איש במלון עימו ניתן היה לדבר ו/או לברר.

It was nice, but I would only stay here again if it was cheaper then a non Kosher Hotel.
Pros:

The people were nice, the room was grate, the view was great. While reception was not always easily reachable when you got to them, the solved all your problems.

Cons:

The AC was not so strong. It was unusual hot during my stay. Breakfast is only served a 9am and all the tours leave at 9. So I only got to enjoy the breakfast once. It was not great, and they had a huge Yeshiva group taking up space in the breakfast area. The breakfast area is underground and cave like. Not so comfortable.

מלון כשר ביתי נעים ונקי במיקום מצוין. שירות אדיב. מומלץ!
Pros:

מלון כשר נוח וביתי במיקום מעולה בעיר העתיקה. יש מקום חניה חופשי ברחוב. צוות מאד נחמד ושירותי.
אנשים העירו שקשה להגיע עם רכב וזה לא נכון. הגענו עם רכב ענק ולא היתה שום בעיה.
7 דקות הליכה מבית חב״ד ומהמסעדה שם. גם בית הכנסת של הקהילה הגאורגית קרוב מאד, כעשר דקות הליכה.
לפני ההגעה התכתבנו עם המקום והם עזרו מאד באדיבות ובמקצועיות.
החדר שקיבלנו בקומה העליונה היה ענק עם מרפסת. נעים ונקי מאד. ארוחת הבוקר פשוטה ובשפע אבל שבענו והיה טעים. ארוחת השבת היתה מדהימה (!!!), שפע עצום של סלטים, שני סוגי דגים, שלושה סוגי בשר, ותוספות. התפוצצנו. הכי כיף שחלק מהתבשילים היו גאורגיים אותנטיים.
למה לשים לב ולהתאים ציפיות: זה בנין דירות שהוסב למלון. יש מדרגות ואין מעלית (לא סיפור גדול, יש רק שני גרמי מעלות גם אם אתם בקומה העליונה והשווה). אין בריכה או לובי וכו. עבורנו לא היה צורך. החוויה האותנטית נהדרת.
ממליצים מאד על המלון!
ועוד טיפ: המלון מציע לכבס עבורכם, מכונה שהם מכבסים מייבשים ומקפלים ב 35 לארי בלבד (כ 40 ש״ח), שזה כמו המחיר במרכז מכונות בשירות עצמי סמוך, אבל לא דורש מכם לשבת ליד הכביסה. אם אתם דוקא רוצים לכבס לבד, יש מקום מצוין 140 מ׳ מהמלון.

המיקום מצויין: קרוב למרכז העיר, לבתי הכנסת ומסעדות כשרות. הצוות של המלון מקסים, הרגשנו כמו בבית. אליסה הכינה לנו חצ'פורי מאוד טעים. הצוות עזר לנו בכל מה שביקשנו, החדר היה נקי , יפה וגדול, המזגן עבד מצויין.
