Please note that the arrival procedure depends on the season. Guests will be contacted directly by e-mail (or by phone for last-minute bookings) to fill in the arrival form. You can either arrive on foot, by bicycle or on skis at any time and drop your luggage at a previously defined location. Alternatively, you can use the cable car (at an extra cost) ot use the hotel's shuttle service (between 18:00 and 22:00).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Ein Kurzaufenthalt zum Entspannen und Auftanken
Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind traumhaft. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die vom Hotel empfohlene Taxifahrt vom Funiculaire zur Talstation Cry d'Er dauerte ca. 7 Minuten und hat CHF 40.00 (Spezialpreis!) gekostet. Das fanden wir übertrieben.

Really enjoyable stay, very welcoming and family friendly.
Pros:

Personalized service from the property owner himself, attention to details, views, activities, hotel architecture and design, lobby, food quality and cleanliness.

Cons:

Getting to the location is quite tricky (you have to hire a taxi from town, not allowed to take your car), costly and takes 25 mins from town.

Déconnexion totale dans un cadre exceptionnel
Pros:

Notre séjour au Chetzeron a encore été exceptionnel.
L’emplacement en pleine nature, face aux Alpes, est absolument magique. La piscine avec cette vue est un vrai luxe.

Le restaurant propose une délicieuse carte avec de très bons produits frais et locaux, et les petits-déjeuners maison sont excellents.

Un lieu unique, élégant et apaisant, où nous revenons toujours avec grand plaisir. À la prochaine 😊
