So close to the main attractions

Cons:

The only issue was that nothing was open early the next day for food but that wasn’t a reflection on the accommodation. Would just take breakfast stuff next time

Pros:

Absolutely lovely stay at these rooms which are perfectly placed for exploring Fort Augustus, Loch Ness and the surrounding area! The ice cream at the shop below was delicious and not many places do a full Scottish breakfast! This isn't included in the price but I highly recommend you try it!

Great base for exploring Scotland!
Pros:

Location was stunning, had a great view of the canal from our room. A lovely little place to stay with shops and great places to eat.

Cons:

Check in was very different all done on your mobile phone no staff there… no key… the door was opened with a code on your phone… this was very new to us but worked well when we got the hang of it!!!

Ok for one night. A bit overpriced though.
Pros:

Location very good. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

Very warm weather which made sleeping almost impossible. Open windows resultated in a lot of noise from running water in the locks.

Close vicinity to the end of the Great Glen Walk, spotlessly clean, nice bright room and comfy bed. Cafe staff excellent and food amazing! Bag man chatty and informative, thank you for letting us stay 😊
