El hotel está bien, las veces pasadas.la habitación tenía un mueble abajo de ls tv, esta vez no. La

A los pocos dias de llegados, segun los analisis de uso de mi tarjeta, el momento de pago en Tropi Rock (siendo el 3er verano que nos hospedamos ahi) nos clonaron la tarjeta de crédito. El señor de Recepcion, de alguna manera tomó los datos. Tuve que hacer muchas gestiones con el banco en mi pais, para evitar pagar consumos.que el hizo. Esto a su vez, causó que me tuvieron que bloquear.mi tarjeta de credito, teniendo 2 semanas mas de vacaciones.

I feel good but my family member feel so so.
Pros:

The location is the best. You only take 5 mins walk to the beach. The room is clean. The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

No breakfast included. Bathroom have dirty stink on the wall. The bath tub surface is peeling off.

Al nostro arrivo alla reception non c'era nessuno, anche dopo mezz'ora è arrivato ed è stato gentile ma poi non lo abbiamo piu visto., la pulizia non era sufficiente e la struttura un po' vecchiotta tutto sommato per una notte va bene.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa

Cons:

El check in. El hotel afirma tener check in las 24 horas pero no es asi. Tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora para que aparezca alguien. Es cierto que el muchacho que nos atendió se disculpo y fue atento dándole un refresco a mis hijos (hacia mucho calor) y no nos cobro el estacionamiento (que igual me parece ridículo que lo cobren ya que son lugares en la calle alrededor del hotel) pero lo cierto es que despues de un viaje muy largo tuvimos una espera innecesaria y molesta. Los dias siguientes tambien volvió a ocurrir que no había nadie en recepción. Después subimos las valijas al primer piso donde estaba nuestra habitacion y la llave no abria. Nos tuvieron que cambiar a la planta baja. El hotel está viejo y necesita actualizaciones pero por sobre todo tiene falta de personal.

Unas vacaciones muy agradables y placenteras
Pros:

Nos ayudaron para recibir las maletas antes del chekin, el personal de aseo eran muy amables.
La zona totalmente segura y propicia para descansar, excelente el sector en cuanto al ruido, facilidad para encontrar comercio, excelente ubicación a hacia la playa y el sector de las Olas.
La amabilidad de Alvaro al atendernos a media noche, siempre con excelente actitud y una sonrisa.

Cons:

El olor en las toallas se puede mejorar, y algunos aspectos de infraestructura (como los pisos) que no son graves, pero se podrían realizar mejoras.
