It's ok - could be better
Pros:

Clean, walking distance to the beach, nearby restaurants, super nice and attentive staff, allows dogs.

Cons:

This property feels dated compared to the other hotels in the chain, which are much nicer and more modern. The main advantage is that it's the only pet-friendly option, so it gets points for that. I just wish they would update it to be as charming and well-designed as Aqua while still allowing pets. Not every pet owner has an animal that damages rooms, and it sometimes feels like the hotel has lowered its standards because it caters to pets. On the bright side, the room was clean, and I didn't see any roaches, which is always a plus.

Affordable, excellent location, you get what you pay for
Pros:

Excellent location near the beach, friendly staff, has a swimming pool, and affordable

Cons:

The floor and bathroom weren’t as clean as we wanted it to. There’s a lot of sand but that’s expected since we live close to the beach.

Location, location location is everything at the spot. Five minute walk to the beach and even shorter walk to other amen
Pros:

Location was perfect one and a half blocks away from the sand.

Cons:

No elevator and we were booked on the third floor. It was a struggle lugging everything up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Location to the beach.

Cons:

No Elevator, I was placed on the third floor and was told the only way I could move was to pay an upcharge even though I had a king size room.

A fire broke out next door to my room due to unattended cooking. Management never checked in with how I was doing after the fire. My room smell like burnt something for a good 6 hours.

One night, the hotel else pets, I guess left three dogs unattended in their room they were yapping from 10:00 to about 11:30 p.m.. the hotel had no clue how to contact the guests due to the fact they forgot to take the phone number for the guest.

I know a hotel cannot pick its guests but they can try to manage the situation better.
