It’s not an hotel and the room are super small like when you go in Hong Kong

Great location. Neat rooms. But there's a construction site nearby.

The staff accommodated us by checking us in an hour and a half early—that was a nice touch, and we appreciate it.
A relatively new, small hotel.
Freshly renovated. New furniture, appliances, and equipment.
Excellent location: five minutes from the train station and five minutes from the waterfront. Yet, there is no noise from the station.

Cons:

Cons: The staff doesn't speak English—only German—so keep that in mind.
The hotel is tucked away in a courtyard surrounded by other buildings and hotels; we had to circle the block twice just to figure out how to reach the entrance. Google Maps doesn't quite manage to plot the route correctly, and the small directional signs aren't immediately noticeable.
There is a construction site right next to the hotel; if you open the windows, you’ll hear the noise of power tools all day long. Work doesn't happen at night, of course, but if you plan to spend time in the hotel during the day, it’s a significant inconvenience. I’m certain that construction work will be going on there throughout this season and the next.

Good hotel with excellent location!
Pros:

A good small hotel a few minutes walk from the train station and the lake promenade. The modern room was simple but comfortable and clean, as was also the bathroom.

Cons:

It got really hot in the room during the extreme heatwave in late June, In lack of a/c, a fan would have been great.

Perfekte Lage, nah zum Bahnhof und zum see
Pros:

Super Lage, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Balkon. Netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr ruhig in zweiter Baureihe.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war recht laut nachts und es gab nur einen Schlüssel je Zimmer.
