Good hotel with excellent location!
Pros:

A good small hotel a few minutes walk from the train station and the lake promenade. The modern room was simple but comfortable and clean, as was also the bathroom.

Cons:

It got really hot in the room during the extreme heatwave in late June, In lack of a/c, a fan would have been great.

Perfekte Lage, nah zum Bahnhof und zum see
Pros:

Super Lage, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Balkon. Netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr ruhig in zweiter Baureihe.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war recht laut nachts und es gab nur einen Schlüssel je Zimmer.

Clean, tidy and comfortable, perfect for my three days stay.

Pros:

Zimmer/Appartement ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und sauber!
Sehr gute Matratzen und Bäder
Bahnhof Nähe, gute Busverbindung, 10 Minuten Gehweg zur Promenade

Cons:

Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus , ab 7:00 Uhr Bauarbeiten
Ab 17:00 Uhr Ruhe, dann Balkon Nutzung ok.

Pros:

Lage für mich optimal ( Nähe zu Öffis + Promenade). Unkomplizierter Checkin, sehr freundliches Personal, Ventilator wurde auf Wunsch bereitgestellt, Kühlschrank gehörte zur Ausstattung, danke! Zimmer zwar klein, aber frisch modernisiert, schick, funktional. Blitzsauber. Toll die automatischen Rollos, die großen Fenster, die nachts Kühle hereinließen.

Very central location

Cons:

My room was extremely small, had no ventilation, and no desk. Just a little coffee table. There were two steps to get to the bathroom, which is quite weird and uncomfortable, since the room is about 8 m2. There was just the bare minimum, no even a single piece of decoration. It felt more like a bike storage room where they put a bed.

Pros:

Es ist alles frisch renoviert, moderne Ausstattung, die Rollläden sind der Hit und der Balkon mit Seeblick (noch, da zwischen Hotel und Seepromenade gerade gebaut wird) waren sehr angenehm. Toll auch die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz im Hof mieten zu können.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Lage, das Personal und die Sauberkeit sind das einzige, was an dem Hotel uns gefallen hat.

Cons:

Das versprochene hervorragende Wlan war leider so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden. Denn es gab im Zimmer nur an einer Stelle eine ausreichend stabile Verbindung zum Wlan.
Das Fenster in der Dusche kollidierte mit der Glasduschwand; diese konnte man zwar beseite drehen, aber damit war dann die Toilette versperrt. Gut, für die Enge des Raumes ist das wohl die optimalste Lösung, aber dem Bad hätten 10cm bis 20cm mehr Platz in der Breite gutgetan.
Der Kühlschrank war leider nicht eingeschaltet bei unserer Ankunft und aufgrund der doch sehr hohen Temperaturen, die an dem WE geherrscht haben, wurde der Kühlschrank auch erst nach 1 Tag einigermassen kühl.
Das größte Manko war aber, dass die riesige Couch ein komplettes öffnen der Fenster verhindert hat. Gut für den Einbruchschutz, aber bei gut 38°C im Schatten war das absolut inakzeptabel. Natürlich kann die Hotelführung nichts für das warme Wetter, aber eine Klimaanlage oder aber das schlichte komplette öffnen können der Fenster wäre schon von Vorteil gewesen. Schräg liessen sich die Fenster zwar stellen, aber einen Lüftungseffekt hat man dadurch leider nicht erzielt.
Leider war zu unserem Buchungszeitraum eine Baustelle (Bau eines Hauses) direkt vor dem Hotel; auch da kann die Hotelleitung vermutlich nichts dafür, aber bei der Buchung (6 Wochen vorher) hätte man dies erwähnen können.

- Super Zentrale Lage (2minuten zum stadtbahnhof, 10min zu Fuß zu Hafen)
- sehr freundliche Vermieter
- sehr bequemes Bett
- Balkon mit tat sehr gut in den Nachmittags und Abendstunden
- geräumiges Bad mit geräumiger, offener, barrierefreier Dusche
- bereitgestellte Lüfter sorgte in den Abendstunden für zusätzliche Abkühlung

Cons:

- Baustelle neben an, auf der sehr früh angefangen wurde (war aber vorteilhaft um früh zu diversen Ausflügen zu starten)

Hôtel très bien placé mais un peu décevant
Pros:

Je n’ai rien pensé du petit déjeuner car l’hôtel n’en propose pas.

Cons:

Température excessive et qui ne peut apparemment pas être programmée. Impossible d’accrocher de façon fiable les serviettes de toilette.
