Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! le jardin de l'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres confortables, le petit déjeuner très agréable. Il est possible d'accéder à pied au centre ville en moins de 5 minutes et de se garer en toute tranquilité
The staff were very welcoming and helpful - helping us organise transport and tours. We also really enjoyed the hotel grounds. There's plenty of green space where you can sit, relax and do some birdwatching. The hotel is also close to centre of town / quick walk to restaurants and supermarkets.

We loved our time at Hotel Claro de Luna. The room was spacious, gardens are beautiful, and downtown is an easy walk. Manfred at the front desk was especially helpful planning excursions.

Skylights in each room with no blinds so take an eye mask if not getting up at daybreak.
Tiene unos jardines súper cuidados y muy bonitos, donde habitan aves de la zona. También vimos capibaras por el jardín. La atención del personal fabulosa.
Eine superschöne Unterkunft! Die Lage sehr gut, die Zimmer sehr groß, die Matratzen sehr bequem.
Nur das Frühstück war nicht gut. Schlechtes Brot und Kaffee, drei Stückchen Obst auf den Teller und alles andere nicht Appetitlicht. Schade!!

The hotel has a nice big garden and a quite good location. Room was clean The place has a good atmosphere, the room was okay, just a little dark. Good spot to spend some nights in Monteverde.
El hotel es fantastico, lleno de flores y mariposas, es un lugar super tranquilo y hermoso. Las personas del hotel (Erika y Mamfred y la señora del desayuno, Ingrid si mal no recuerdo) son un amor, te ayudan en todo con una enorme sonrisa y la verdad es que volvere con ellos pero ahora con amigos para que conozcan las maravillas de Monteverde.

El hotel es sencillo pero sorprende, primero por su bonito jardín, y después por la intimidad de sus habitaciones, diseñadas como pequeñas casitas adosadas con su propio porche y mecedoras. Camas cómodas, café y cafetera, muebles, armario amplio y un paraguas. Sin aire acondicionado pero en Monteverde, en junio (principio de temporada de lluvias), no nos hizo falta. Desayuno buffet sencillo pero aceptable. Situado en el pueblo de Santa Elena, junto a bares, restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados, a pocos kilómetros de reservas naturales como la del Bosque Nuboso. Buena experiencia.
