Pros:

The hotel is very close to Jomtein beach. Its clean, spacious and the staff hospitality was simply amazing. The rooftop bar, swimming area and seating area created an extremely positive vibe during sunset. As u welcome to tour room, you will find snacks, soft Beverages and water absolutely free which is refilled daily. Worth the price and worth the location.

Cons:

You should have a SPA included in the hotel.

The location good .

Cons:

the service needs to be looked into and management needs retrain handling customers complaints and safety and security of customers staying over. Not value for money . I rather stay apartment then hotels . Hotel managements are getting worse mainly due to overflow of tourist and quality of service is totally ignored and only looking into profit by numbers .

Viikon vierailuun kaikki ok.
Pros:

Huone ok, ilmastointi toimi hyvin, suihkun vedenpaine erittäin hyvä.
Yläkerroksen uima-allas ok.
Huoneen siivous toimi hyvin.
Henkilökunta paikalla 24/7
Pistorasioita oli riittävästi.
Kahden hengen parveke ok.
Ilmaisia juomia joka päivä (limsa+vesi) ja muutama pieni snack-pussi myös.
Myös ilmainen shampoo+hoitonaine+saippuapullot suihkun seinässä kiva juttu.

Cons:

Jääkaappi todella pieni, sinne ei juurikaan omia juomia kylmään mahtunut.
Pakastelokero olematon, ei edes 7/11 kaupan pikkuinen jääpalapussi sinne mahtunut.
Suihkunurkkauksen ovi ei ollut alhaalta tiivis ja suihkussa käydessä vesi pääsi valumaan vessan puolelle.
Oleskelutilassa ei ollut peiliä, vaimoni olisi halunnut sellaisen meikkaamiseen.
(totta kai vessassa on peili, mutta huoneessa ei)

I would book again
Pros:

The staff is amazing.
They were renovating while I was there (I didn’t even notice it), so they upgraded me to a bigger room - I guess because it was more quiet. And although I got an older room — I definitely got more than I payed for.
I extended once and I wanted to do it again, but the second time they were fully booked unfortunately.

Cons:

The cleaning staff was also very friendly, but they could’ve done a better job cleaning.
It wasn’t dirty — but they could’ve definitely done a better job cleaning certain parts of the room
