Pros:

Rarement disponible nous avons pu découvrir cet établissement idéalement placé à proximité de la mer ! Super accueil et petit déjeuner très agréable !
Place de parking possible ; local à vélo…
La décoration est top comme l’architecture des bâtiments ! Superbe terrasse pour les petits déjeuners ou les moments détente !

Die Lage ist unschlagbar – Strand, Promenade und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gehweite. Auch der Parkplatz und der E-Bike-Abste
Pros:

- Perfekte Lage: Direkt am Strand und an der Promenade – ideal für Spaziergänge oder einen schnellen Sprung ins Meer.
- Komfort: Klimatisierte Zimmer, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen ein großer Pluspunkt ist.
- Parkmöglichkeit: Abgeschlossener, hotelnaher Parkplatz – praktisch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto.
- E-Bike-Unterstellung: Separater Abstellraum (kleine Werkstatt) für unsere E-Bikes – sicher und geschützt.
- Sprachliche Barrierefreiheit: Das Personal sprach Englisch, was die Kommunikation erleichterte.

Cons:

- Service: Das Personal war freundlich, aber eher unpersönlich – wenig individuelle Aufmerksamkeit.
- Aussicht: Kein direkter Meerblick aus den Zimmern, sondern Blick auf die Promenade mit Düne und dem Riesenrad. Wer absolute Ruhe und Meer sucht, sollte das beachten.
- Zimmerausstattung: Sauber, aber sehr einfach eingerichtet – eher funktional als gemütlich.
- Lärmbelästigung: An drei Abenden extrem laute Live-Musik aus dem angrenzenden Restaurant Le Repaire (lokaler Künstler) bis spät in die Nacht. In der Hotelbeschreibung kein Hinweis darauf – für Ruhesuchende ein No-Go!
→ Tipp an das Hotel: Gästen im Vorfeld kommunizieren, dass es an bestimmten Tagen laut werden kann.
- Kleideraufbewahrung: Extrem wenig Stauraum – nur ein Regal mit Vorhang, in dem auch Kühlschrank und zusätzliche Decken untergebracht waren. Für 6 Tage absolut unzureichend.
- Frühstück (25€ p.P./Tag): Überteuert und eintönig!
Täglich dasselbe Angebot: ½ Baguette, 1 Croissant, 1 Teller mit wenigen Scheiben Schinken/Käse, 1 Joghurt, 1 Ei, 2 Mini-Marmeladengläser, 1 Nutella-Portion, eine kleine Schüssel Wassermelone + Cerealien-Buffet. Für den Preis viel zu wenig Abwechslung und Quantität.
→ Vergleich: In anderen 3-Sterne-Hotels in Frankreich gibt es für 12–15€ ein vielfältigeres Buffet.
