calme luxe et volupté

Cons:

le parking trop loin et surtout aucune aide proposée par l'hôtel pour porter les bagages. Avoir plus de 85 ans et devoir porter ses valises, en montée, sur plus de 300 m est une épreuve !

De locatie fantastisch. Mooi groot balcon wat niet verzorgd was . De kamer te klein

Cons:

de kamer was echt belachtlijk klein en het bed had uitstekende punten waar we ons steeds aan hebben gestoten.

Pros:

The hotel check-in by Sara was the most exceptional hotel check-in we have ever had. The reception staff were just so helpful and friendly. The hotels private swimming area was a real bonus.
Food and services were fantastic at this lovely family run business

Pros:

This hotel has an incredible location, sitting right in the heart of the historical center on Piazza Mario Motta. It offers easy access to local amenities and services, including the boats heading over to San Giulio Island. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay Highly recommended.

La colazione ottima, la posizione eccellente.

Cons:

La camera eccessivamente piccola e senza frigorifero che di questi tempi è assolutamente negativo.
Anche se i dipendenti tra loro commentavano pesantemente (ed ero d'accordo), è stata troppo tollerata la presenza di due ospiti che facevano colazione in accappatoio e sprecavano il cibo della colazione. Ci deve essere e deve essere preteso rispetto per gli altri ospiti.

Orta une belle découverte où l'on a envie de revenir séjourner.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel est formidable. Plein centre ville au bord du lac. Les chambres sont très agréables, confortables et joliment décorées. Les personnes de l'accueil sont à votre écoute et tout se fait dans une grande simplicité. J'ai apprécié le spa. Je recommande vivement les massages d'Isabella.

Cons:

Le parking est assez loin de l'hotel. En cas de grosses chaleurs ce n'est pas évident d'aller jusqu'à l'hotel puisqu'on ne peut se garer dans la ville. Un petit conseil pour déposer vos valises vous pouvez le faire à proximité de l'hotel mais jusqu'à 10h du matin.
Autrement je dirai que le petit déjeuner est servi un peu tardivement à partir seulement de 8h du matin et n'est pas d'une grande qualité mais la vue au bord du lac le fait oublier.

Kiváló az elhelyezkedése, ha nincs szükség autóra. A reggeli minden elképzelést kielégít. A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes. Sajátos bája van, ez egy történelmi szálloda, annak jó és rossz oldalaival együtt.

Cons:

A parkoló jó, hogy van, de nehezebb csomagokkal leizzadsz oda-vissza. A szúnyogok borzalmasak! Nem tudom, mit tehetne a szálloda, de fel kell készülni rájuk ! Ez az önkormányzat dolga lenne.
