Pros:

It was a great location but parking was a little tough. The food was delicious . The room was large.

The entrance to the room was through the bathroom . A bit awkward. The shower was very small and water went on the floor because of the shower curtain

Great hotel for the money
Pros:

Location is fantastic! We had a balcony and were able to watch the train travel up and down the mountain. To the right of the balcony, we could see the falls.

Cons:

Bathroom needs some attention. Drains were very slow. Pillows were very flat and lumpy; however I was given a different one (which was slightly better) when I asked.

Nice hotel with great balcony views
Pros:

Beautiful view of the waterfall from the balcony. Helpful staff (David and Maggie) coordinated our luggage storage when we had a last minute change in our itinerary. We liked the Swiss-German food on the menu and the cold draft beer. Loved the chocolate soufflé for dessert! Lauterbrunnen is a good central spot for train connections and cable cars to many hikes. Can walk (or bus) to Staubach Falls and Trümmelbach Falls.

Cons:

There is no elevator, but we thought the stairs were manageable for reasonably fit people. The town itself is pretty quiet after sunset but noisy neighbors can be annoying if you sleep with the balcony doors open.

Werde nicht mehr dort übernachten.
Pros:

Obwohl das Zimmermädchen die Arbeit nicht erfunden hat, war sie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal - nicht zu weit weg vom Bahnhof. Parkplätze sind kostenlos (wenn auch spärlich vorhanden). Das Zimmer war erstaunlich ruhig!

Cons:

Wenig Steckdosen, kein Fernseher (obwohl der Fernseher zweitrangig für mich ist). Ich finde in der gleichen Gegend billigere Hotels mit besserer Leistung und Ausstattung. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich ohne Frühstück gebucht habe. Einmal zu Abend gegessen. Zwei kleine Schnitzelchen auf einem riesigen Berg Pommes. Dafür war der Preis für die Mikro-Schnitzel angemessen.

Great location
Pros:

Great Location in the middle of the village. We stayed when we travelled up Piz Gloria. We had a room for 3, which was a double room with a separate single room attached. The bathroom had been refitted. The restaurant looked very quiet so we ate elsewhere. There was parking outside.

Cons:

No hairdryer in the bathroom. The plug for the kettle didn’t work in the plug socket. Part of the car park had been rented out to a food trailer which reduced spaces.
