Pros:

Very affordable and very clean accomodation. Its very near from the beaches. The cleaning staff never fails to clean our room everyday

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. i email hotel many times but no one responds to me only auto message that staff will respond in 24hours but no. I really feel disappointed.

I understand that it is a budget hotel but at least it should be clean and the room in good condition but it’s not.

The room was extremely dirty. The walls were covered in dust, and the curtains had what appeared to be blood stains on them. There was not even an iron available to borrow.

The receptionist on the morning shift was not welcoming at all no smile and mindset of hospitality at all. However, the staff member on the other shift was much friendlier and provided much better service.

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. Based on my experience, I can only give it 1 star. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers until significant improvements are made to its cleanliness and service standards.
