For me it did not offer value for money. Inside room found spider webs at the ceiling, AC remote not functioning well, dinner was not up too standard and priced high, breakfast was poor. Price and value not in line.

Wonderful Italian Retreat with Exceptional Dinner
This is a wonderful place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff are fantastic — genuinely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to recommending local beaches and places to visit.
The property itself is rustic in the most wonderful Italian way. Everything has been beautifully designed, and our room was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of hanging space. We had a room with its own garden, which was a lovely bonus and even had a clothesline and pegs — those little practical touches make such a difference when you’re staying somewhere in the summer.
The common areas are particularly special. They are incredibly tranquil, set among olive trees, with lots of little unexpected spaces and seating areas where you can sit and relax. It feels peaceful and beautifully connected to the surrounding landscape. The main pool is fantastic and very welcome after a day at the beach. There is also plenty of parking, and the gated grounds feel very secure.
A couple of things could be improved. The pool towels have definitely seen better days and would benefit from being replaced, although this is a small point and certainly doesn’t detract from the beautiful grounds and pool.
If you have the opportunity to have dinner here, do it! The dinner was exceptional and, for us, one of the highlights of the stay.
Breakfast, unfortunately, was the weakest part of the experience. It was perfectly acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. There was only one type of bread, which was white, and there was no toaster. Much of the fruit was not yet ripe, so it wasn’t particularly enjoyable, and the coffee was disappointing. It was also unusual to only be offered espresso or cappuccino when Italy is famous for its coffee culture. The local cheeses and prosciutto were excellent, but overall we found breakfast disappointing.
The breakfast was disappointing and the additional charge for eggs at breakfast and the “secret poor” additional charge did not feel great

colazione ottima, stanza molto pulita, spaziosa ed arredata con gusto. Paesaggi bucolici molto belli intorto.
metterei nelle stanze uno specchio lungo per potersi guardare a figura intera e migliorerei l'illuminazione del bagno, truccarsi è difficile con la luce soffusa. Per il resto tutto sopra le aspettative.
The dinner was very good, the room was large and the staff very helpful. The owners built it from a ruin themselves.
The breakfast could have been better, there was no granola and the orange juice did not taste pure. The hotel is along a long small road kind of in the middle of nowhere, but that is hardly their fault.
La struttura è bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, abbiamo apprezzato davvero tutto! Sarebbe stato bello fermarsi qualche giorno in più (siamo stati una sola notte) per godersi appieno la pace e la tranquillità di questo luogo.
