Comfortable, convenient n enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast bit upset if compared to our previous trip. They hv provided the main meal with pepper chicken & sweet sour fish. But this time, 2 breakfast with same meat ball only. Kindly consider into this matter as I noticed there are quite bit more Indians guest who dislike the meat. Tq.
About bed, room 501 has problem with many bedbugs. But your service boy has taken quick action by replace us to other room 502. I would appreciate it. Tq.

Cons:

The air-quality was horrendous, I got ill from all the dust in the room and bedding, stains on the sheets, cockroaches come in all sizes, overall tidiness was underperformed. Way too expensive for what they offered. Can’t rate breakfast and other services like spa because I haven’t tried. Honestly, I was afraid to. Better to not book here, this is below global standards.
