Un equipo increíblemente amable
Pros:

Todo el personal es increíblemente amable y atento. Desde el primer momento, se preocuparon por recomendarnos lugares que merecía la pena conocer y darnos consejos para aprovechar al máximo nuestra estancia. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de que disfrutáramos de cada experiencia y nos sintiéramos a gusto. Sin duda, la atención y la calidez del equipo hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Excelente atención!
Pros:

Lo mejor fue sin dudas la atención, es un hotel de familia y fueron realmente muy amables en todo. Desayuno muy completo y algunas cosas caseras, la verdad que muy bien. Además cuenta con restaurante, aunque no comimos ahí es una ventaja tenerlo y por lo que leí tienen muy buenas reseñas, la próxima sin dudas vamos a probar algún día. Lo recomiendo totalmente, si vuelvo a Mardel me hospedaría acá nuevamente.

Cons:

El mayor problema que tuvimos fue la calefacción central, si bien fuimos en invierno y hacía frío afuera, adentro la calefacción era muy fuerte y es central, no se puede regular desde la habitación. Se nota que es un hotel con varios años, pero están en remodelación, confío que en un tiempo van a tener las habitaciones renovadas. Son detalles, pero el resto estuvo perfecto.

me abrieron la puerta la ultima noche por si ya que no revisaron si estabamos en la habilitacion en

el desayuno pobre te dan todo medido . La ubicacion normal gana porque esta cerca de olavarria nada mas

Cons:

la ultima noche me abrieron la puerta a las 6:30 porque nunca revisaron si se habia liberado la habitacion .Por ese lado usaron la llave maestra por lo que eso es nefasto.

Friendly and good neighborhood, doubting if value for money

Family friendly hotel and next level friendly staff. Hotel sits in a very nice neighborhood with many shopping and restaurant options. Closest beach is just 5 minutes away by walking. Daily room service and fresh towels. Good working AC

Cons:

Beds definitely were in need of renewal: the triple room had 3 loose wobbly beds, looking installed at least since 20 years. WiFi was on the side of poor speed and limited signal strength. Breakfast is repetitive very basic and very argentinean styled: Sweet pastries (medialunas), cake, toasted bread slices, jam, butter, boiled eggs, tea and coffee. Room faced the street where many customers waiting for a table to the restaurant downstairs being very loud: noise insulation is poor.
