Great location and staff!
Pros:

The location is great and their balcony is lovely for watching the fortress light show. Additionally, Marin, in reception was very kind and helpful with all things parking, food recommendations and tourist activities.

Cons:

Wifi in my room was a bit spotty. I am a big breakfast person, and breakfast was so so for me. Better idea: grab a pastry and coffee out and about.

Poare că este cazarea cu cea mai frumoasă vedere din Veliko Târnovo. Camerele cu vedere spre cetate sunt fabuloase, terasa de asemenea.
Decorațiunile interioare crează o atmosferă superbă.
Foarte curat, mobilat cu mult bun simț estetic.
Personalul foarte amabil, mereu dornic să vină în ajutor.
Mic dejun generos care poate satisface toate solicitările.

Cons:

Sincer, nu a fost nimic ce să nu-mi fi plăcut.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, direkter Blick auf das Fort von der Gemeinschaftstetrasse und tolles Frühstück, außer dem Kaffee

Der Kaffee war schlecht.
Lt.Booking Beschreibung sollte bei unserem Zimmer eine Terrasse dabei sein, die nicht existiert, es gibt aber eine Gemeinschaftstetrasse.

Micul dejun a fost dezamagitor
Am luat masa intr-un subsol fara geamuri,mirosea tare uratel. Am avut 2 copii mici 1-3 ani si nu am prea avut ce sa le dam sa manance. Salam un singur fel si foarte vechiut,cascaval plastifiat,nici un gust nu avea! Iaurt si lapte cu cereale, si putin gem cu unt am putut manca. Si cateva fructe. La banii pe care i-am dat pentru o noapte,ne asteptam la un super mic dejun..

Pros:

Прекрасен престой! Хотелът беше изключително чист и поддържан, а гледките са просто невероятни - истинско удоволствие за очите. Храната беше много вкусна, а специални благодарности към дамата в кухнята, която готвеше - всичко беше приготвено с внимание и личеше, че го прави с желание и талант.
Персоналът на рецепция също заслужава висока оценка - любезни, усмихнати и винаги готови да помогнат. Атмосферата в хотела е много приятна и човек наистина се чувства добре дошъл.
С удоволствие бихме посетили отново и горещо препоръчваме мястото!
