Sehr zentral gelegen. Von dort aus kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of town, with a super convenient location and a delicious breakfast. I was very lucky to have Room 604, which had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the monument at night — the perfect spot to sit and sketch in my sketchbook. I also absolutely enjoyed the gym and swimming pool after a long hike each day. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, and the cleaning lady was incredibly kind and always made sure my towels were sorted daily.

Cons:

It would be even better if the rooms came with a kettle, tea and coffee. Also if the fridge worked consistently. As I stayed for 10 nights, I sometimes preferred to keep food and drinks in the room rather than eat out every day, so having a reliable fridge would have made the stay much more convenient.

Pros:

Totul a fost perfect: personalul- de la d-ra de la recepție(extrem de drăguță și amabila), până la femeile de serviciu, sunt de nota 10; priveliștea de vis(vedere la râu), camere mari, confortabile, micul dejun excepțional( nu a lipsit nimic), restaurantul , mâncarea, super! Vom reveni cat de curând, cu mare drag! Recomand cu încredere!

Nu a existat nimic să ne nemulțumească!

Un hotel prea scump chiar si cu reducere de 50% pentru ceea ce ofera si satisfactia generala
Pros:

Locatia-central si cu multe puncte de interes in jur. Tâmplăria izolează destul de bine zgomotul strazii, dar de departe, cele mai bune sunt ceke cu vedere la rau/cetate
Mic dejun-este bine ca e facilitat. Nu are nimic wow; un bufet suedez cu chestii de baza
Pernele-destul de confortabile; saltele-foarte moi si nu neaparat intr-un sens bun, dar depinde de gustul fiecaruia

Cons:

Curatenia-am fost intr-un grup un pic mai mare si copiii au folosit o camera separata. Camera aceea nu avea curatenie in baie ( cosul de gunoi plin, lipsa hârtiei igienice, etc)
Parcare-este parcare in fata hotelului, dar costa 10euro/zi
Mobilierul-destul de invechit, dar nu neaparat un minus
Lipsa amabilitatii receptionistei- Maria a folosit un ton cam nepoliticos, fara sa raspunda intrebarilor. Poate fi si o bariera lingvistica pe care o putem intelege, dar e esențial ca in serviciile cu clientii sa fie o persoana prietenoasa si calda. Am incercat sa inteleg daca hotelul faciliteaza camere triple, pentru ca in momentul rezervarii mi se ofereau doar alternative de 2 duble, dar ea tot insista ca trebuie sa platesc taxa pentru a 3a persoana, ceea ce nu am negat niciodata sa o fac, daca ar fi ascultat activ

Чудесно местоположение в центъра на града, оригинална архитектура на хотела с романтично надвиснали над река Янтра стаи. Изключително тихо и уютно, въпреки централното местоположение. Много чисто поддържан хотел, отзивчив и компетентен персонал. С удоволствие бихме дошли отново.

Стаите и баните са функционално добре обзаведени, може би в близко бъдеще обаче ще е необходимо обновяване.

Parcarea-a trebuit sa platim desi noi am inteles ca este inclusa.Daca nu esti versat in a te descurca in trafic, greu sa opresti in fata hotelului si sa intrebi -oare unde este parcarea? Destul de anevoios.
