Nice property, but pictures don’t tell the whole story. Management needs significant improvement.

Well appointed hotel in a good location with parking nearby.

Cons:

The hotel is understaffed. While the single staff member I met during my stay who was actually onsite was pleasant and helpful, my main complaint is with the abysmal communication and coordination of management. Messages went unread and important details pertaining to my check-in process were left unseen, which greatly impacted my availing to have a smooth check-in. The lack of onsite staff 24/7 was problematic; I spent my final night listening to a beeping sound the entire night with no way to shut it off because no staff was present and my communications with management were ignored.

Beautiful boutique hotel owned by a caring host who takes pride in his city,
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel in the lovely part of old town. Our room was so beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The owner was helpful and nice.

Cons:

Our beautiful room was on the lowest floor. Downside was the room sits between a railroad tunnel and the busy street. So sleep was tough.

Superb stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Location and the view. The room and especially the bed was so comfortable, everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and the host was so accommodating. We will be back.
