Soggiorno mediocre, non credo proprio che torneremo in questa struttura in futuro.
Pros:

Buono il cibo al ristorante, anche se a prezzi esagerati. Ma stiamo parlando della Svizzera, per cui evidentemente spendere 31 euro per un hamburger viene considerato normale.
Comunque, cena più che soddisfacente.

Cons:

Il parcheggio pieno alla sera, perché oltre agli ospiti dell’hotel, ci sono i clienti esterni del ristorante e così gli ospiti dell’albergo passano in secondo piano, nonostante la prenotazione dicesse camera con parking. Infatti, al nostro arrivo non c’erano posti liberi, abbiamo parcheggiato in seconda fila. Ho aspettato che qualcuno finisse di cenare e ho parcheggiato poi al suo posto.
Nelle camere manca il mini frigo e la doccia con la tenda non si può vedere, oltre che fastidiosa da usare.
Avevamo prenotato con colazione inclusa, ma abbiamo dovuto rinunciare perché veniva servita dalle 8,00 e per noi era troppo tardi. Ci hanno preparato un box con panino, yogurt e frutta, il tutto consegnato la sera prima!!! e non essendoci il frigo in camera, il panino al prosciutto ha passato tutta la notte nel suo sacchetto di carta sul tavolo in camera. Il giorno dopo era lievemente immangiabile. 🙄
Siamo arrivate in hotel intorno alle 19,30 e siamo ripartite la mattina seguente poco dopo le 7. Ci hanno fatto pagare 50 franchi per meno di 12 ore, per 2 gatti cuccioli di 8 mesi, nonostante gli abbiamo detto che sarebbero stati entrambi in una sola delle due camere prenotate, quindi faceva 25 franchi, ma la receptionist ha detto che non poteva sapere in quale delle camere, quindi ha fatto che farci pagare il doppio!!! La prenotazione era chiara: 25 franchi a camera, max 2 pet. Nella seconda camera i gatti non c’erano, ma l’abbiamo pagata come se ci fossero stati.
Rapporto qualità prezzo per niente buono.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt an praktischer Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig mit bequemen Betten und allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir gingen am Werktag erst gegen 07:15 zum Frühstück. Leider gab es nur noch Weissbrot und nur noch ein sehr kleines, etwas dünkleres Brötchen. Zudem war das Birchermüesli schon leer und wurde nicht mehr gefüllt.

Cons:

Leider beim duschen hatten wir problem. Das Temperatur hat sich ständig gewechselt und das war mühsam. Auch das Wasser war nicht so stark, welche wir lang brauchten beim duschen.

Ein kleines, nettes und freundliches Hotel
Pros:

Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Habe auch am Abend im Restaurant den Rindsburger gegessen (kann ich nur weiter empfehlen) Ich war für eine Nacht zu Gast, da ich das Länderspiel Schweiz - Deutschland 3-4 live im St. Jakob Park live sehen wollte. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und nett eingerichtet. Die Tramstation ist direkt vorm Hotel ( Nachteil bei Zimmern zu Strasse , da Geräusche Autos, Tram ) aber man kommt sehr schnell zum SBB Bahnhof (ca. 15 Minuten).
Sollte ich nochmal in Basel sein, würde ich gerne wieder kommen.
