Pros:

Advertised as budget accommodation, does that very well. Tea and coffee with milk and sugar for a couple of days, bottles of water in room, usb charger sockets, easy hands off book in and out. Great location, takeaways and cafes right outside, parking a short flight of stairs from front door. Fan in room for warm for warml nights, heater for colder weather, shower gel and shampoo in shower, hand-wash at sink. Basically, turn up with what you're wearing and you're sorted for a comfortable night, bring fresh underwear and you're good for a week - perfect.

Great location and helpful host.
Pros:

The location is excellent. There is a cafe next to the property. A lovely market nearby on a Thursday. Local restaurants and takeaways as well as a Lidl and Morrisons. A church is around the corner as is the cat pottery. There is free parking. The host was very helpful when we got a little lost and had to call him. It is also a 13 minute drive from the beach.

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect for a get away and great value.
A small fridge would have been nice for my cans of drink.

Pros:

Excellent value, simple, clean accommodation. Tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. Central to all shopping and amenities, takeaway menus in common entrance hallway, excellent cafe adjacent. Easy parking.

Cons:

Some fittings in shower a little in need of maintenance, but nothing stopping anything working.

Pros:

The room was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed, for our night stay. Tea and coffee was available plus two bottles of water. Bed was comfortable. Good checking in service, and car parking.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like, the only thing that does need attention is the front main door, the key kept getting stuck in lock and the lock seemed a bit flimsy, and difficult to gauge once in if you have locked it correctly.

Comfortable, modern and clean. Great value for money!
Pros:

The comfort of the room, having everything we needed for a family of 4, clean and modern. Also found a great restaurant very nearby called Shambles that we ate in and who were very accommodating for a family of 4 with young children.

Cons:

The building itself is dated but nothing that could’ve been done about it, and didn’t reflect on what was on the inside.
