Between May 1 and September 30, we provide our guests with unlimited and direct access to the operating pools of the Hungarospa Beach and Spa. The passage is easily and quickly accessible from the hotel yard, with a wristband, without queuing. Access is valid for the full days you stay with us, from the first full day after check-in to the day of departure.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Minden jó volt⁴
Personalul foarte amabil.
Curățenia în cameră lasă de dorit. Lipsa dozatoarelor de apă potabilă cel puțin în zona recepție și la cină puteau să ofere apă potabilă ca și la micul dejun. La cină apa era oferită contra cost.
Camera foarte mică și interiorul vechi.Prosoapele albe care erau deja gri.Sistemul de închidere la ușă de la baie este foarte rigid,așa încât un copil n-o poate deschide.Dupa ce s-a făcut curățenie în cameră în una din zile,au dispărut cartelele pentru prosoape,care costă 25€/bc.La sfârșitul sejurului,se mai percepe o taxă de turist de 15€/persoană de care nu am fost informați .Locatia nu merită banii cheltuiți de 2000€ pe 7 nopți și 8 zile pt.2 persoane!!!!
