Great location to explore the city
Pros:

Fantastic location, walkable distance to best parts of the city. Good, comfortable base to explore. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms look like the photos, just a little older.

Location is great! Walking steps from Ben Tham market.

Cons:

The smell of the rest room is not good. It stinks. The staff when we were checking in was not friendly as well

Economical well places roomy clean hotel.
Pros:

Really convenient position in HCMC. Fairly close to the airport. Close to the central city ( easy walk) and Ben Thanh Markets. The rooms were old but very good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The language barrier was overcome with persistence ( and Google Translate). Close to Western food at the Running Bean up on the corner and set amongst many little shops including a 7/11. Loved staying here. Staff received my luggage sent in advance of my arrival and were always helpful with anything I needed.

Cons:

First encounter with a staff member when I arrived in the early morning, telling me I had only booked until lunch time that same day- gave me a heart attack until I could show him my booking paperwork. Other than that, no problems.

Amazing location, tentative staff, secure at night time. Building is locked at night which is a plus.

Amazing location. Clean property. Very attentive to requests.

Cons:

My A/C unit was not working well at check in. I told them, and they had someone fix it right away which was great! But having the issue was not.

Pros:

Posizione, personale, comodità letto, stanza abbastanza grande.

Cons:

Pulizia (c'erano pezzi di polvere attaccati alla parete e al soffitto che all'inizio sembravano larve), letto piccolo, non possibile fare una doccia prima di andare via.

Great Value, great position in HCMC
Pros:

Great location, so close to the Ben Thanh markets, places to eat. The rooms both times I stayed were older but very big and perfectly clean. I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay

Cons:

There was a little bit of a language barrier but we all persisted and got through. Staff did really try hard to ensure my stay went smoothly.

Perfect place for city tour stay!
Pros:

We liked the location in a side street right beside the market, close to all places to visit by foot. The rrom despite having now windows was perfect. Beds were comfortable, the staff was helpfull, the room was very clean. The aircon was clean and worked queitly.

Pleasant stay, cheap but need to improved
Pros:

Near to benh thanh. Near to Malaysian street and halal restaurant.

Cons:

No iron. Need to bring own iron. We dont know about it. Need to pay for ironing services by ourselves. The bed was so hard.
