Но не было постельного белья, на матрац накинули покрывало и сколько людей спали на нем... Ни чайника, ни мыла... Не рекомендую никому.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The beddings were clearly not changed because there were hairs on the bed, under the covers, and on the pillows. The pillows also had visible stains that appeared to be from previous guests, as they were fresh. The toilet was also in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. The walls were dirty, and there was no window or proper ventilation in the room.
Additionally, the photos shown in the advertisement are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the room.
I respectfully raised these concerns with reception, but unfortunately, I was met with a rude response delivered in a loud, almost shouting tone. A cleaner was then sent to the room; however, her attitude was also unprofessional. She appeared unhappy, did not communicate with me, and dismissed me when I offered to help by shooing me away while she changed the linens.
Based on my experience, I find it difficult to trust the positive reviews and feel that this property should be properly investigated.
Overall, the cleanliness and level of service fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both hygiene standards and customer service.
