Hotel Garnì Ai Serrai

Главный плюс отеля - его душа, которую во многом формирует хозяйка отеля Елена. В день заселения Елена дождалась нашего приезда вечером, уже после заявленного времени заселения. Она встретила нас на улице, показала место для парковки авто, провела в отель, предоставила много информации о местности, магазинах, ресторанах, дала несколько карт и буклетов, провела в номер, даже предлагала помощь с багажом. Это было очень приветливо 🙂
Так же она занимается завтраками, которые хоть и довольно скромны, но в них есть разнообразие в разные дни. А еще она готовит вкусный капучино.
Сам номер довольно уютный, с огромным балконом, с которого открываются шикарные виды на горы. В отеле тихо и спокойно, комфортно отдыхать после долгих поездок или прогулок.
И еще про Елену)) Каждый день она интересовалась, как мы, как наш день, а при выселении даже подарила нам подарок, было приятно)

Staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Location was stunning and entire stay was smooth. We will back soon. Family hotel in quiet location.

We spent 3 nights here to explore the Dolomites region with our motorcycle. We loved our stay all the way through.
The location is beautiful, the building is in a valley surrounded by mountains on each side and the village has a bunch of old alpine houses scattered around adding to the atmosphere. I could spend an hour on the balcony just looking around when the clouds hit the mountaintops just above our heads. Surreal view. Additionally, everything worth seeing is withing fairly short reach (by car or motorcycle).

The room was small but cozy and clean. Had everything we needed and we got daily cleaning service during the day when we weren't at the accomodation.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A wide range of foods to choose from.

The staff is so friendly and kind, especially the owner lady. Told us a bit about the history of the place and one night when we got back late she told us she was genuinely worried for us. It just felt like she really cared and thats what resonates from the whole of Garni Ai Serrai.

And the price was also one of the best in the region when we booked.
Hope to be back in the future! :)

Zelo prijqzno osebje . Vedno na razpolago, hotel zelo cist z prekrasnimi rozami. Mirno okolji prekrasna narava.Zelo priporocam.

The beautiful, kind and lovely lady Elena was the best host I've ever met. She made our stay really exceptional - always would answer our messages, respond to our request, serve with her knowledge, aid and a smile when we asked for anything. The hotel itself was very clean, the standard of the rooms met our expectations - perfect value for the price. The breakfast was prepared freshly; plenty of choice from sweet to savory. The localization of the hotel is ideal if you plan to visit both western and eastern Dolomites during your stay, just like we did, as it is literally in the middle between the two regions. Would recommend 100% and would love to come back here one day.

Everything about this place is exceptional. From the kindness and warmth of the hosts to the cleanliness of the hotel to the location!! It was an exceptionally excellent stay

colazione eccellente, pulizia a dir poco maniacale, parcheggio a 20 metri dall' Hotel che rimane in una zona tranquilla, senza rumori molesti. Gentilezza e cortesia al top.

Beautiful and comfortable

Krásný rodinný a poklidný hotel, v malebné vesničce, obklopené horami. Paní Ellena je skvělá a milá hostitelka. Snídaně jsou bohaté a z čerstvých surovin. Pokoje jsou velikostí dostatečné a každodenně uklizené. Doporučujeme všemi deseti a těšíme se na další setkání :-)

Mycket trevligt hotell med en riktig genuin känsla. Familjen som ägde hotellet var mycket trevliga.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast and the host were the best, couldn’t recommend it more.

Non posso che esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutta la famiglia che gestisce il Garnì ai Serrai; sono persone meravigliose e accoglienti. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, ha una struttura nuova e pulita e la colazione è abbondante e varia. Io e mia moglie torneremo sicuramente.

The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable, which made a big difference.

Wyjątkowe miejsce na odpoczynek, pokochaliśmy to miejsce. Perfekcyjna czystość, cisza. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i gotowy pomóc. Śniadania fantastyczne i urozmaicone. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni i mamy zamiar tam często wracać. Dziękujemy i zdecydowanie POLECAMY :)
