Aunque el personal es encantador, habia bastantes camareros que no hablan español, entiendo que el turimo mayoritario de la zona sean extranjeros, pero es sorprendente! No es una queja por el trato que en cuslquier caso fue excelente

Em relação ao quarto, não achamos espaçoso apesar de ter um pequeno frigorífico que dá muito jeito, assim como a casa de banho. Os colchões mostram muito uso e não se tornam confortáveis, fazendo "cova", assim como as almofadas que estavam pouco cuidadas
Felizmente posso fazer comparação com o mês de abril onde estive sozinha num quarto com condições completamente diferentes
Será da época de verão?! Não sei!!! Era bom que tivessem isso em conta e assim um pouco mais de cuidado na distribuição de quartos a pessoas sós e a casais

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standard suggested by its photographs or four-star rating.

The pictures on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the hotel’s current condition. Many areas appear dated and are in need of substantial refurbishment.

1. Apart from a couple of reception staff, almost nobody appeared to speak English. Even ordering simple food required the use of translation apps, dictionaries and gestures, which is not what I would expect from a hotel marketed to international guests.

2. The gym was particularly disappointing. The equipment is located outdoors on a hotel balcony, meaning guests are expected to exercise in direct sunlight and very high temperatures. Furthermore, the Technogym equipment is not suitable for exposure to outdoor conditions. Much of it showed significant corrosion and deterioration caused by sun, humidity and rain.

3. The food was basic, but the greater concern was hygiene at the cooking station. Eggs and chicken were prepared on a cooking surface covered with heavily burnt, blackened oil residue.

Staffing levels during the night also seemed inadequate. There appeared to be only one person at reception, and it was not possible to obtain simple items such as additional towels.

Noise insulation is another problem. The corridors have ceramic-tile flooring, so footsteps and the wheels of suitcases create a great deal of noise that can clearly be heard inside the rooms.

As a general observation, the hotel appeared to attract a predominantly older clientele, with most guests seemingly aged around 55 or above, so for younger couples may not be ideal.

Overall, the hotel requires significant refurbishment, better maintenance, improved hygiene standards and staffing more consistent with a four-star international hotel. Please learn some basic English as Gran Canaria is tourism-based place.

The entertainment was no so good and weak coffee expresso in the morning .

Es un hotel hecho para guiris, algunos camareros no saben español. El horario del desayuno es amplio hasta las 10:30, sin embargo la cena acaba a las 21:00. Y el horario para la piscina es hasta las 18:00.
