Horrible no se hospeden.

No te dan toallas para la alberca ni para la playa. Pides cambio de toallas y no hay. Personal de recepción de la tarde muy grosero. Están en obra y hay albañiles trabajando a las 730 am con taladros y martillos. No dejan dormir. Mala señal en la tv. El polvo y basura de la construcción cae a la alberca. Check out a las 11 am. Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente.

No tienen agua para bañarse en los baños de las habitaciones
No hay cambio de toalla cuando lo necesites. Están construyendo una nueva área en la parte de la entrada del hotel por lo que el ruido empieza con taladros a las 7 am. No tienen toallas para la alberca, la alberca tiene polvo de la construcción.

Hotel a la altura de los mejores.
Pros:

La atención del personal del hotel fue muy cálida, amable y atenta, siempre estuvieron pendientes de que estuvieramos contentos. Su ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y del corredor turístico de Puerto Escondido.
La atención superó la expectativa y no dudaría en hospedarme nuevamente ahí.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente, en la esquina de la calle se reúnen algunos indigentes, sin embargo no causan problemas, quisiera uno ayudarlos, pero resulta complicado.

Fine for a very short stay

Cons:

If you want to stay somewhere where you can hear absolutely everything happening around the hotel at all hours of the day, then you’ve come to the right place. Furnishings are getting quite outdated and the shower dripped the whole time.
