Accommodation ruined the whole trip for me

The hammock

Cons:

It was extremely hot and humid both during the day and at night. The ventilator at the top didn’t work and the small ventilator was turning of all the time. The first 3 days there were no hot water and after I have complained to the staff I only had hot water till the end of my stay. The property is weared down and dusty with little privacy. Old dirty towels.
The tap in the kitchen was broken and the shared sugar and other necessities were colonised by the ants and other insects. Most of the equipment broken or damaged. When I asked to change my room to the other type with an additional pay I was rejected although the more expensive rooms were still available on booking

Lo que me gusto fue la ubicacion.

Cons:

En los 5 dias que estuve ahi no me cambiaron sabanas, ni toallas, en ningun momento vi a los de recepcion, pense que mi cuarto seria de vista bonita pero me dejaron el primer piso aun teniendo los lugares vacios.

No tiene vista al mar como lo mencionaron en mi reserva, y no me gustó que no hayan resolvido mi petición a solo 5 minutos de aver hecho la reserva, pague dos dias y solo me quede uno los contacte de inmediato y no quisieron apoyar , el lugar estaba deteriorado con pisos marcados y paredes goteados

Très bon séjour dans cette ville mais pas dans ce lieux où nous y sommes restés 10min maximum
Pros:

Nous avons réservé un autre hôtel beaucoup mieux, très déçu d'avoir payé ce montant pour une qualité aussi moyenne... Dommage. Nous ne sommes pas difficiles mais là impossible de tenir dans la chambre sans clim alors que c'était indiqué et au final c'est un ventilateur...

Eine meiner Lieblingsunterkünfte - total authentisch und gemütlich
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich einmalig. Ich war selten in einer so gemütlichen Unterkunft. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die Stadt ist einfach traumhaft. Der "Vibe" eines Surfer-Hauses ist magisch.

Die Outdoor-Küche ist total praktisch. Es gibt dort auch einen sehr leistungsstarken Kühlschrank.

Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage ist stark (was man in Puerto Escondido auch nachts braucht). Die Lage ist super, am Rand des Stadtzentrums, nur 10-500 Meter von allen bekannten Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Zum Strand braucht man keine 5 Minuten.

Cons:

Reinigung nur auf Anfrage - dann aber makellos

Room with a beautiful view
Pros:

I loooved the terrace and being able to sea the ocean from my bed. Good size room, everything is nearby. Great communication with the host. I’d love to stay here again.

Cons:

It’s a little up the hill but was ok for me.
