Better steer clear of these scammers!

Cons:

We booked a room at this hotel 10 days before our scheduled arrival. They confirmed our reservation immediately and thanked us for choosing them. A few days later, they sent us a notification stating that they only accept cash payments, which was fine with us. But then, the night before our arrival, they messaged us saying they were overbooked and couldn't accommodate us because there were no available rooms, hoping for our understanding.

​I immediately replied telling them that this was completely unacceptable, asking why they waited until the very last night to inform us, and letting them know we would report everything to Booking.com. I waited a couple of hours for a response, and since there was none, I started looking for alternative accommodation. I barely managed to find something decent because almost everything was already booked.

​Later that night, they messaged me again saying they could accommodate us after all—not because of the message I sent, but because another guest had cancelled their stay. Since I had already booked a new place, I didn't want to cancel it on their account.

​I consider this an utterly unprofessional approach to guests, and I later noticed they have low ratings elsewhere for various reasons as well. Better steer clear of these scammers!

Cons:

The breakfast was not very varied, and the staff serving breakfast were quite rude. I was not particularly impressed with the breakfast, as it was not worth the price. The staff did not pay enough attention to the dishes and tables,some of the dishes were not clean, and the food was not replenished regularly.
