It was not a very good experience since my son had to stay in the room for most of the trip
Cons:

The property has no elevators. I was with my son that had surgery on his leg was not able to get out of the room due to the stairs so that was kind of a bummer ..

Nice place during the week (skip the weekend due to events)

Large rooms and very comfortable beds, nice terrace, friendly and attentive staff

Cons:

Party-/event place on weekends… Too many (drunk) people on the pool partying. Absolutely not suitable for kids. Strange encounter with a guy who would block the entrance when we returned from dinner. Security had to call the sheriff.

Our Wedding at Westlake Village Inn

We recently had our wedding at Westlake Village Inn, and we couldn't be more grateful for Lupe and the amazing staff. From the planning process all the way through our wedding day, she was incredibly helpful, professional, organized, and attentive.

The Westlake Village Inn was absolutely beautiful, and our wedding turned out even better than we imagined. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about the venue and the entire experience.

Thank you for all of your help, patience, and attention to detail. Westlake Village Inn played such an important part in making our wedding day so special and memorable. We will always be grateful! ❤️

Disappointed overall......will not be returning.

Overall, the grounds were very well maintained and attractive. There were some nice touches in the room. Fireplace, robes, and spa in room were nice. The pool area was pleasant and relaxing. Staff there were friendly. The lounge chairs were comfortable and the spa was very relaxing......always plenty of towels available.

Cons:

Overall the staff seemed like they'd prefer to be anywhere else but at work. I would have to say the coffee from both the room and the Stonehaus was some of the worst I've ever experienced.
I was hoping for a more private balcony based on the photos advertised. It had a more communal feel....and smelling cigarette smoke from the balcony above didn't help matters. The room was comfortable overall but the pillows were very soft and made sleeping uncomfortable.
I think at this price point every room should have a smart TV. There were no streaming options!

Great Stay!
Pros:

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary weekend at the Westlake Village Inn, and it was a wonderful experience! We stayed in a beautiful Spa Suite, enjoyed a relaxing couples massage at Spa Relais, and spent time at Stonehaus for drinks and light bites. Every part of our stay was enjoyable, and the beautiful grounds made it the perfect place to unwind. We highly recommend the Westlake Village Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
