Stay away from this hotel. Absolutely terrible experience.

Friendly Receptionist

Cons:

Hotel staff should investigate Room No. 2. The toilet could not be flushed, the bathroom window was broken and could not be opened, the sheets were dirty, and the blankets smelled bad. The furniture looked like it had been there since the 1970s and was in poor condition. The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable.

For what you are asking — €62 for this room — this is completely unacceptable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the friendly receptionist.

Pros:

Hotel à prix concurrentiel comparé aux autres hotels de la région. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Des chambres propres, un frigo est à disposition. J'apprécie le fait que les chambres soient toutes au RDC avec une facilité de stationnement devant notre chambre. L'accueil est correct le personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Problème de douche qui visiblement est présent depuis longtemps. On a pas pu se laver pendant une soirée c'est revenu le lendemain.
Manque un distributeur de café et nourriture ca serait pratique
La piscine est payante pour les membres de l'hôtel ce n'était pas bien mentionné sur booking.
Il n'y a pas de terrasse contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur booking
Problème avec le lit car le matelas était plus grand que le sommier donc à deux c'était compliqué

El aire hacia mucho ruido y te despertaba en mitad de la noche varias veces. En el bar a las 21:20 con el local lleno de gente no me quisieron atender, ni siquiera un bocadillo

Desayuno insuficiente, poca variedad y la atención por parte de una de las camareras deficiente.

Cons:

La recepcionista lleva simultáneamente su trabajo en recepción con el restaurante. Desperfectos en la habitación sin reparar y faltaban las toallas cuando llegamos, no las tuvimos hasta el día siguiente.
Sugiero poner letreros en las puertas para que las limpiadoras no llamen a la puerta cuando estas descansando.

Cons:

Estuvimos 40 minutos esperando para poder entrar al hotel a nuestra vuelta avisando en recepción de que llegariamos tarde de la actividad. Es muy caro relacion calidad precio.
