The hotel did not provide me even with the minimum amenities such as a towel, soap etc. My booking has breakfast included but nothing was provided.. there was no one in the reception to respond.. I demand for refund of my amount failing which I will approach the Consumer forum for justice.. had the worst experience with a property ever..

Not satisfied and the ambience is not as expected.
Pros:

When I complained TV not working. The attender came and after fiddling it he said subscription expired. Wash basins blocked no one attended even after complaint. Ii did brushing outside the wash basine. Bath room was slipping.room size. Quite big.. lift is good.

Below satisfactory and the forged rating which the person did was absolutely not accepted

First of all when I did check out after my stay, the person at the receptionist asked for a booking pin which I could not see on my app as the pin was there at the time of check in , so she asked for my phone to see , so I gave my phone and after 2 mins she gave the phone back , back home when I checked my mail I got a thank you mail from booking.com stating thanks against my booking , that person at receptionist marked very good and gave 10 rating on her own, which is not fair, There are so many reviews for this property where travellers have not written anything and good rating is forged . Please be carefull

Now I understand why this property has so good reviews where as it is so so bad , unhygienic, broken taps, mattress spring coming out , yellow bed sheets and bathroom cleanliness a big challenge . No kettle or tea , no cutlery , and breakfast included they say we will get from outside idli and every dosa you want , tea coffee chargeable . Four days I got one bottle water only , no glass in the room. Seriously oyo should inspect
