El recepecionista tuvo mucha amabilidad y preocupación por mi llegada al hotel, muy cordial, dedicado y profesional.

Cons:

La cama era muy incómoda, el colchón duro, se sentían partes duras al momento de acostarse. Además, las sábanas tenían un fuerte olor a humedad que quedó en mi pijama. El hervidor dispuesto para los huéspedes estaba lleno de sarro. El ropero tenía solo dos colgadores, uno bueno y el otro roto. La pieza tenía muy poca aislación acústica.

Pros:

Todo el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno esta bien, es simple pero completo. La habitación es bastante amplia para una persona. La ubicación es inmejorable, por el precio, esta cercano a todos los puntos claves de Viña.

la poca calefacción y lo incomodo que fue que te dieran cupo de horario para el desayuno... además que el desayuno sea acotado y cuando pedimos algo mas, no existiera voluntad de agregarlo.
