Pros:

Locația centrală, la 1 km de Mocanita, având și restaurant și unde este servit micul dejun, . Micul dejun bun, consistent, personalul amabil. Sunt disponibile și locuri de parcare foarte aproape de hotel.

Recomand cu toata inima acest hotel.
Pros:

Curatenie ,camere spatioase, aproape de gara Mocanitei, personal super atent la detalii.
Restaurantul oferă o mâncare foarte bună cu porții generoase la prețuri bune si fac o pizza pe vatra super bună.
Am avut un sejur minunat iar fetele de la hotel si restaurant super de ajutor si super atente la dorințele clientului.

Amabilitatea personalului

Cons:

Camera cu mobilier invechit, necesita zugraveala, nu este antifonat si se aude tot de afara, astfel adormi greu, este un hotel de 2 stele, nu merita 300lei, usile abia se inchideau, para de la dus stropea in toate directiile, cablu de la para de dus era aproape rupt, am fost foarte dezamagita.
Nu recomand.

It used to be a top hotel in the area, but no more.
Pros:

Last time we visited was 8 years ago. It was brand new, very nice.
We had high expectations, however besides the staff which were very friendly and some good looking design, everything else was a disappointment.
Food was ok, as long as you are not too picky. Breakfast was a selection from a list, not buffet, but it tasted ok. Most likely because we were maybe the only guests.
Staff was very friendly and supportive.
Towels and bed lining looked very fresh.
If the hotel would be heated, i would give it an 8.5, but as it is, not worth more than 6 for the price we paid.

Cons:

Simply put, the hotel is not heated, at all. We had 16 degrees C when we checked in, after a lot of optimisation to the room we had 19 degrees C in the morning(put the shades behind radiators, etc). We had to go and look for other rooms which were open to get additional blankets in the middle of the night as the kids and wire were freezing. Normally we would have went to another hotel, but it was night when we checked in after 6 hours of driving with small kids in the back.
Sound proofing is bad. We heard all the trafic, which is quite a lot considering the hotel is downtown.
A lot of lights from street lights, however with shades it was manageable.
