Ein wundervoller Spa Bereich, der aber zu oft nicht benutzt werden darf.

Der Schwimmbecken war sehr schön. Der Hotelpark war wundervoll angelegt.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten für Schwimmbad und Spa waren sehr enttäuschend: Vor dem Frühstück konnten wir nicht schwimmen, weil es erst um 10.00 aufmacht. Und am frühen Nachmittag konnten wir nicht in die Sauna, weil sie erst um 17.00 langsam heiß wird. Die Sauna wurde aber auch nach 17.00 Uhr nie richtig heiß, höchstens 75 Grad. Und die Dampfsauna hatte auch nicht genug Dampf.

Tranquil relax in the nature
Pros:

The best hotel we've been stayed so far (and we are travelling a lot!). Crystal clean, super comfy, big spacious room, everything is well thought of. I particularly loved the kitchen where breakfast was served, very nice athmosphare and fantastic breakfast! Hotel gardens are simply gorgeous! Staff is very kind, spa is excellent. We had a fantastic stay with our dog here, cant wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Es war eine entspannte (trotz Hochzeitsfeier) Zeit.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut. Lachs und Brötchenauswahl könnten noch mehr sein.
Kaffeemaschine ist zu überlaufen in der Ecke (große Wartezeiten)
Eine zweite Maschine muss dringend in den Raum.
Der Abräumdienst für leere Tische kann noch verbessert werden.
Eierspeisen und Schinken waren voll O.K.
Ich persönlich könnte mir mehr Betreuung von Personal gut vorstellen.
Eine leichte Musik Untermalung wäre ganz nett gewesen.

Die Beschädigung (Kante) einer Säule im Zimmer, die wir angezeigt haben.
Die freundliche Dame vom Empfang hat ein Foto gemacht und wird sich darum kümmern.
