The resort is not as advertised and as a result is very expensive for what it is
Pros:

The staff at the resort are all amazing and is the hotels best asset. Everyone was very friendly and working tirelessly to keep things tidy.

Cons:

The information about the resort is all a bit of a stretch of the truth. There are six pools but only because three of them are connected in the same area. There are several restaurants but you can only use them if you book a certain number of nights. We paid extra for a room with a sea view, but what is was was a room looking out on one of the pools with the sea behind it. If the photos were accurate I would not have paid extra to have that room! The aqua park is small, my children did love it, but after three days they were bored. The beach access area for the hotel is tiny and there aren’t enough seats for guests to use. The beach itself was not great and not what I would have expected for Crete. We found much
better beaches in Athens.

Overall the children loved it, but I think in hindsight it was extremely expensive for what it is.

Great for kids
Pros:

The hotel staff were great, specially at the reception; where they could accommodate our feedback and requests. The water park was also outstanding, our kids really enjoyed it.
Food was great and varied, considering it's an all inclusive, I couldn't have asked for something better.

Cons:

The main beds were on the firm side, close to being uncomfortable. We had to change rooms on the 3rd day because our main bed was really bad and made excessive creaking noises. Fortunately, this was possible.

Very friendly and problem-resolving oriented staff. Exceptional attitude!
The guests are also much civilised then even in a 5* hotel. Many families with small kids, but interestingly they didn't bother anyone.
Magnificent view of the sea, nice beachfront, although rocky, and a nice, small but enough bay with shallow water and sandy beach, with all the basic amenities.
The hotel consists of many small houses with beautiful and impeccable gardens.
Good food and various meals, although some meats tend to be overdone, and the desserts are just to sweet and heavy fur the summer (nevertheless the decomposed mille-feuille was excellent, way better then the normal one they make).

Wide selection of good spirits.

All in all if you get a good price deal, then it's worth it.

Cons:

For dinner you have just one restaurant, the others are à la carte, with reservation and not included in the AI, although for every 7 days you get 1 reservation for free. They promote that they have a lot of restaurants but you will not find that these are for extra charge.
For breakfast you can get the various spreads and salads they offer for lunch or for dinner - didn't quite catched why - nevertheless if you ask for it, they will bring it to you.
Just 1 beer, even if you pay you don't have the possibility to choose. This would be ok if it would be a premium beer, but it's not.
Coffee - just one espresso machine in the lobby, where you can have a normal coffee. Otherwise the basic machines, good if you like the americano.
For kids the area is without any sunshade, so any of the activities are doomed - archery at 11, or sports at 3-4 in the burning sun - not a real option. The indoor room is just some board games. The second room has a few billiard tables which are payable 3euro/game, and one ping-pong table with worned out paddles and occasionally no balls. And a few payable arcade games for the 5 year olds.

The property is layed out in a large area with houses for a few families. This might cause some problems if you get the ones not In the best places. We got lucky and got probably one of the best room.

The family room, even the one where the bathroom is in the middle, isn't really separated because the door is a kind of open door - has some cuts in the lower part of if, so it's not soundproof in any way. The shades for the children aren't properly designed and let's the light in - very bothering with the night lights from outside but also in the morning too.

Netter Aufenthalt, mussten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten die Zeit geniessen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Grosses Gelände auf dem sich die Gäste gut verteilen. Das Essen war vielseitig und sehr lecker. Es stehen zahlreiche Attraktionen und Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war weniger modern eingerichtet, als anhand der Beschreibung vermutet.

Pros:

Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Hotelanlage ist schön und das Personal freundlich. Wir haben immer Liegestühle am Pool oder im Wasserpark gefunden. Das Wasserpark hat uns sehr gefallen.

Pros:

the food was good but the veriaty was not that good, way to much pork and way to little fish and beef.
the water park was great so were the pools.
the room was big enough for couple+4.

Cons:

the beds werent comfortable and you need to keep the towels for 2 days which with babies and young kids is really not good.
the veriaty of the food needs to include more fish and beef and less pork.
